Pizza Hut

Don't even get greeted at door. Had to ask to be seated. Several waiting at the door for to go orders. 😥 sad. Last time I was here, Manager sat at table and then give her friends free food. Different people all the time. Must run her staff off. Feel bad for all the guys waiting almost an hour for thier food .Come on get it together.

we had a order time for curb side pick up at 6:00 pm and I called when I got there and they said it was not ready and wouldn’t be for another 10- 15 minutes. I asked for them to bring it out when it was done she said she could. 6:15pm came along- no one had came out, so I went in there and it was sitting up in the shelf all ready. Who knows how long it has been sitting up there. I signed the receipt and she gave it all to me. It could have been sitting up there for awhile, we don’t know. Got home and started to serve the pizza and then pizza wasn’t even cut correctly or all the way through and so we had to cut it ourselves. It also was not the correct crust that we requested. Wings were overdone and to crispy.

I ordered pizza online for delivery. I even tipped the driver. I got a phone call saying a driver would not be available for 5 hours. My son was quarantined with his college teammates. So after a two hour drive I picked up the pizzas from pizza hut and delivered them myself. They still charged me the delivery fees and the driver tip.
