I normally don't write reviews. I've worked in the Food Service Industry for 12+ years and understand everyone has good and bad nights but Jesus Christ! Customer service, delivery times, food temps, quality, ensuring the order is correct.. the basics of a restaurant, ALL need serious improvements. I have had over a dozen encounters with this arrogant, stand off-ish, monotone "MANAGER" named Ella. The one time I actually got to speak with a different female manager (who was wonderful) she claimed to issue me credit for the previous nights mistake. By the time the incorrect order got to me, the shop was closed. Since then I have ordered 3-4 times and paid full. price, being this girl see s to be the only one to ever be there, and each time told me that I never received any credit. Tonight, Ella told me that she can not give out her managers first name. WHAT?! How am I supposed to EVER get my issue addressed? On a separate occasion, I was told they would not send out my corrected order because the driver was too busy. I didn't care about a credit, I wanted my dinner I waited literally 2 hours for, and it was so late that all other restaurants were now closed! I was told management is VERY aware of this chicks attitude problem but she is a dedicated worker. There are tons of people that need a job that would gladly impress your guests. These reviews speak volume and the owners need to take this serious as she is the literal face and voice of your business!

It's shame corporate has these business they put so much money and time into and then they hire these terrible employees, who could care less about how rude they are. The girl who answered the phone was so ignorant I was actually uncomfortable placing my order. I honestly just hung up mid order. Now reading reviews it looks like this place is terrible. I like pats food but this specific establishment needs alot of time put into valuing their customers. I had 9 kids here. I was ready to make a big order but thanks to the staff there I'll take my money elsewhere. Does anyone care about anything anymore?

I ordered a chicken Cesar salad that was horrible they charged 14 dollars for it and it was trash it hardly had chicken and the chicken was dry like it was 3 days old the so called manager is rude and unprofessional. I if your looking for good food Gino’s on Blackwood clementon rd. In response to the owner reply I’m not complaining about the price but the quality of the salad I purchased a much nicer salad from Ginos and it didn’t cost as much also that lady who call herself a manager need to be fired she clearly knows nothing about customer satisfaction.

Though it's been awhile, I've ordered from here before. I'm very disappointed with my experience tonight. I ordered one pizza and salad a little after 9:00 p.m. via their website. It told me that I should have receive my order around 9:55 to 10:05. I called around 10:10 to check on my order and was told that it was on the way. I didn't get my order until around 10:40. My pizza was barely warm. And the part that I thought was the most crazy was the fact that this location is barely even 5 minutes away from me and yet it took almost 2 hours to get my order.

So I was at Pats Pizza in Clementon/ Lindenwold NJ and had an encounter with the supposed manager Ella and employee named Alejandra. Their attitudes were absolutely atrocious. They said the prices were wrong on the menu and when asked about updated menus, Ella responded it was too expensive to get updated menus. Alejandra was rude from the start... I am absolutely appalled by the lack of respect and customer service at this location. I wouldn't patronize this pat's pizza location again until their employees are trained properly with customer service. Being someone who worked in customer service for over 20 years this encounter was absolutely unprofessional.
