7-eleven

I wanted a quick snack and ran over to the local 7-Eleven. The place has a small parking lot that tends to get congested. I walked in and looked for some salty snacks. I wanted the pretzels but wasn't sure the price because it was marked wrong, so I brought up the snack to the counter and got the price from the cashier. It was $1.59 and I paid with my credit card and left. I had an ok experience at the local convenience store.

This is the only store in the area that is still closing from 0100 to 0500 every day, despite the fact that no one can ever be seen sanitizing anything and the employees don’t even wear masks when they are open. Also, this is the only store I ever have problems with when using mobile checkout. I always have to ask for a bag, because they do not keep the mobile kiosk’s bag well filled and they always check my purchase before giving me the bag. If I need to interact with a cashier, what is the point of mobile checkout?

Do not go shopping at this 7-Eleven. We need to start letting these places know that the customer is always right. They make mistake behind the register and when you want to check behind yourself they got offended. Then they want to rush or push into buying the merchandise without You verifying you weren’t charged the first time. These are very nasty people at this 7-Eleven. They don’t want to listen to customer version. So they start being disrespectful and don’t know how to act. We need to ban together and let these places know that the customer always comes first. Do not shop here and lets take them out of business. This would be a good lesson learned.

African American woman (I only add this so her manager can possibly know who she was) behind the counter was picking her nose with a tissue. When I asked for help she pointed and continued to pick her nose. I asked for a buttered roll and she said if it wasn't there they didn't have any. What 7-11 has no bagels or rolls at 8am? Worst 7-11 I have ever been to.

I checked on Google before walking to the store it said it was open when I got there the door was closed and there was an employee inside telling me its closed this is the second time i have a an issue with this store and it's the last time I go to this Pathetic excuse of a store. Don't waste your time going there
