Man I don't know what I expected. I'm probably nit going to impacts anyone's decision but stay away from this particular restaurant they served me the driest most cooked steak I ever seen on a plate at a restaurant and I asked for it medium... steak is steak right? HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE DO NOT ATTEND THIS RESTAURANT!!! THEY SERVED MY 14 YEAR OLD SISTER A CHEESE BURGER WITH MOLD AND HAD NO CARE OR CONCERN. It’s been 48 hours and the general manager ANTHONY NEVER CONTACTED ME REGARDING THIS SITUATION. I called the restaurant to ask him if he was aware of what happened and he said YES yet he never reached out to me turn offered a $50 gift card to shut me up!!!

Terrible service! We we walked in the 2 employees at the door were rude from the beginning. It's not what they said, but how they said it. Then our waitress got our order wrong. We asked for one riblet platter and she brought two over. Our "Double Crunch" wings were not crunchy, so we sent them back. She also gave me the wrong drink. Then we were charged for the platter that we did not order. Like I said, horrible service!!

Had a wonderful experience after a long time today at Applebees in linden. Rich took care of us, went above and beyond and even out his way. The service was phenomenal and the food came out just right. For this reason I will be sure to refer friends and family to this location. Thank you for brightening up our day :)

Our experience dining out was made comfortable when our table request to move was granted. Our greeter/host, Lexus and served, Shad was friendly and courteous. Excellent customer service!!! Only thing, we ordered boneless chicken was too tough! But they fixed the issue with suggestion of bone in bones.

It was alright. Server was sub par, food was decent, i ordered a steak but the piece of meat they gave me wasn't what they advertise, it was more like a piece of chuck roast, chewy and tough to get through. Prices were good though.

This was a great experience all because of their waitress Rachel! Rachel has great energy, positively one of the beat waitresses I've ever had in any restaurant. If you ever go to the Applebee's in Linden, NJ ... ask for Rachel, she's there Tues/Thurs/Sat/Sun!! Rachel you are fantastic!!!!! See you soon!
