In the counter, the best food for the body, and behind the counter serving it, nourishing food for the soul. Never had a meal there that I didn't relish, and I eat there 2-4 times a week.

We happened to stop at this market while taking a drive down Route 1. Great selection of home made muffins, pastries, coffee and much more. We had a coconut banana and blueberry muffin and they were both fantastic.
