We had a wonderful steak dinner at Three Embers before the play at Lincolnshire Marriott Theater! Our waiter, Abraham, was very curtious and attentive to time and got us our food prepared exactly as it was ordered! The entire meal was delicious and the wait staff was spot on. We considered Sullivan’s just down the street but due to the snow and forecast we decided to dine at the hotel, so glad we did! I highly recommend Three Embers!!
Chef is putting together some impressive dishes especially those containing honey from his hives and produce from the resort's mini farm. Try one of the cocktails or beers with the addition of that hyper local honey. Charred cauliflower bisque was comforting and flavorful; scallops were cooked perfectly; and the pastry chef is hitting them out of the park with items like panna cotta with hazelnut brittle.
To be completely honest, this blew my expectations out of the water. We came here for dinner before a show, and were pleasantly surprised at how good the experience was. Our meals were both really excellent quality. In fact, it might have been one of the best pork chops I've had in my life.
The service was excellent as well! Anna took wonderful care of us, and made us feel like we were her only table - taking great attention to detail and checking in on us often without being overbearing.
I would absolutely return simply just for a meal, outside of staying at the hotel or seeing a show. Nice to have the resort-feel with a staff and chef that take pride in what they are doing.
Nice lake views, breakfast buffet available until 10 AM, not many items but still good for $16 during weekdays and $20 on weekend.
Was there with group to see a play in theater in same building. The luncheon was delicious...a choice between fish and chicken. I had the pecan in crusted fish...I was very happy with the choice. The service was first class. I would highly recommend this restaurant.
Very nice Friday dating night.
Good Service Good food.
Steak was on the top level of cooking skill. Acceptable price in general.
Good food, good service, reasonably priced. Food is taken a step further than just being prepared, clearly thought has gone into composing this dishes which just well appreciated. Service was fast, very well executed, and they were knowledgeable about the menu / food prep. Would absolutely recommend dinning here if staying at the Marriott or in the surrounding area.
I like their Margarita pizza. We've had the same server several times, and he's always friendly and helpful.
Absolutely amazing! The chef is great and some of the best corn chowder I have ever had.
Excellent service, and delicious food! We went to dinner before the theater show and all 9 of us enjoyed our meals. The kids even ate everything! My steak was cooked perfectly, and the vegetables were tender. We had a table near the grill, so it was interesting to watch the chefs grilling. There was also a roaming magician who was really good! We will definitely go again!

This is an absolute lovely little restaurant tucked into the Lincolnshire Marriott that I absolutely loved. The service is impeccable the fufu display is beautiful. There's ample everything ample bacon ample syrup and a gourmet chef willing to make any kind of omelet that you can ask for really. Absolutely delightful if you stay at the Lincoln Shire or in the area. Definitely a must see for 20 bucks all you can eat. It was wonderful
