We stopped here on a whim after a day at the beach. I was extremely pleased to find that they also had a vegetarian AND vegan menu along with the normal menu and it wasn’t just some weird thrown together item. A variety of delicious choices to choose from. 1 side was vegetarian the other side of the menu was vegan. I got the vegan “Fish tacos” (tofu) and they were amazing. It also came with a side of vegan black beans and Mexican corn soup (also delicious). I’d also like to mention that the food was presented really well on the plate too, more like something you’d see on The Food Channel. My party of 5 all got something different and no one was disappointed with their meal. The portions are good sized, food is amazing, service was good. Owner came over and talked to us for a while. He was extremely polite and asked how they did on the vegan meal. If your looking for good authentic Mexican food in a seafood town, this is the place. Be prepared though for a true sit down meal and the cost ($10- $15 ea) If you’re on a Taco Bell budget...this place isn’t for you.

This is the most wonderful Mexican food you can ask for. The fish tacos are delicious and the margaritas so very fresh. The owner cooked for our group even tho he was closing. Tell all your friends! This guy will serve you a meal to remember. Plus, he has decorated his restaurant with his own wood carvings. Increible!!

It's after 7 on a Sunday night in Lincoln City and you're hungry. Half the restaurants are closed and the remaining are slammed with people as a result. You've already gotten your fill of seafood, burgers don't sound great so what are you left without? Well, we saw this place was open until 9, so we chose to check out tequila Blue Aguave. The first thing you should know about this place is that it's HUGE! Ample space for groups/families etc. Even if it were busy, you'd probably get a seat. It's clean and got a nice colorful and vibrant decor and atmosphere. We ordered the pastor pineapple fajitas and fish (cod) tacos to go. The pastor pineapple fajitas ($24.95) were recommended by the guy manning the front and from what I've seen from other reviews, this is what they're known for. And I'm happy to say it definitely delivers. There's sour cream, refried beans and guacamole to dress up your fajitas. Fantastic flavor with sweet and decent spice but not overly spicy. It was really delicious! My only gripe is that we only were sent home with three flour tortillas and that's just not enough for this plate. This dish could easily feed two people. So if you get it to go, request additional tortillas. The fish tacos ($12-$15?) unfortunately paled in comparison to the pineapple fajitas. You can order them breaded or grilled and we opted for breaded (which when getting food to go, especially fried, might've been our mistake). The fish was mushy and flavorless. We ended up adding the pastor to the the fish to try and give it some flavor. There was plenty of nice additions like avacado, rice, Pico de gallo and black beans to accompany it, but it didn't save this poor fish dish. My recommendation if you've got a hankering for fish tacos is to get them grilled and get the pineapple fajitas as a backup. The service was fast and friendly. Only took about 15 minutes to get our food to us and they even offered us water while we waited. Really nice people working here. Overall tequila Blue Aguave is worth checking out if you want decent Mexican food with their the standout dish being the pineapple fajitas. I'd would be inclined to return solely for that.

Everything authentic was tasty. Ground beef tacos were a little too American (unseasoned). Service was great. Warm chips and salsa verde were very nice.

Hands down my favorite restaurant of the weekend!! We had a few questions about the menu and all were answered by the amazing Marco! Not only did he come out and make us feel beyond welcomed but he helped so us some of the favorites on the menu! Beyond satisfying and delicious! Upstairs there's a banquet room for larger group parties that's equipped for a buffet, dj and bar! Throughout the whole place is Marcos hand crafted wood carvings which he very proudly showed off! Not only were we blown away by the taste and service of this place but also the atmosphere and camaraderie. We will be back EVERYTIME we come to Lincoln City!!

Just checked out this restaurant yesterday. Totally Loved it! My boyfriend and I had a wonderful lunch. The restaurant is huge & beautiful. The atmosphere & design, Perfect! The food is delicious, the presentation artistic & lovely. The prices are very good. You definitely get your money's worth! My lunch turned out to be 3 meals for me for $10. The owner was very nice. Family owned & run with an emphasis on customer satisfaction. It's in a Primo location across from an Ocean Park. Not only is the restaurant huge, there is a ton of parking space. There is a space upstairs for Private parties, birthday, ect.. This will definitely be a favorite of ours. Recommend this to anyone who likes mexican food.

We stopped in to a new restaurant in Lincoln City last night. The Tequila Blue Agave Mexican restaurant on Highway 101. The food was excellent. I enjoyed the sea food fajita. They cut a pineapple in half and grilled it, then hollowed it and filled it with lobster, shrimp, chicken and pork with onions and peppers. So tasty. Loved it.

Nice friendly atmosphere. I judge a Mexican restaurant by their carne Asada burrito so as always I ordered one. While it was delicious another table ordered pineapple fajitas. All I can say is now I have to go back for lunch tomorrow. This pineapple was cut in half and stuffed w fajita filling. I'm gonna be up all night dreaming about my lunch.

Holy cow, the flavor is amazing.. I'm really loyal to the restaurant I eat at and this was an adventure out side the box, I have been working out side here past two days smelling good food and it's well worth it..
