Absolutely terrible. I ordered a Oreo ice cream cake for a birthday in my family. Everything was great until I looked at the writing. In a messily and rushed looking icing the message that I wished: "Happy Birthday Grandma" was scribbled as if a 4 year old was able to write on the cake with crayons. I understand that the employees at this business are busy and working hard but this is unacceptable. The writing shows that they do not care and are lazy about their job.

Hours are listed as open until 12am. However, when I attempted to place an order at 6:30 pm, I get told you are closed and calling the store I get no answer. If you aren't open, how about taking the time to update your website and list the correct hours. If you are open, how about actually being open. This isn't the first time this has occurred.

2 out of 3 of the ice creams got other ice cream mixed in it & wasn't supposed to be, which is very bad cause they don't know if a person is allergic to something or not & they mixed it with no problem & you clearly see the mixure & it wasn't just a small amount.. Then the guy doing the ice cream had a bull style nose ring in his nose, I have no problem with it elsewhere, but in this line of business, specially steady leaning over the ice cream, very unprofessional & I for one, this was my 1st time & definitely my LAST visit here, & I will speak to others about my experience

Tried to get some ice cream on the bike tonight. When I got there they took the order from the car in front if me and when I go to place my order I get nothing from the intercom. I tried multiple times to get a response. After no response for several minutes. I ride up to the window. I see one of the workers inside see me and then walk out of view. I tried thinking to get someone's attention with still no one coming to take my order. Why be open and trying to sell food when the workers won't even take someone's order.
