Chipotle Mexican Grill

I really love Chipotle it is always delicious! But I am very sad to say that this particular place forgot 6 things in my order. They forgot two drinks, three sides, and steak in my burrito. I am very disappointed that we had to go back in and gather the things they forgot. If I read the reviews right many people had these same problems. This is not a one time problem but a regular problem. Please check the orders before you give them to the your customers. Thanks for the delicious food!

Lima Chipotle SUCKS. Period. That's putting it nicely. We arrived today at 4:30 pm with our family of 3....the first person ordered and was served scraps of fat from the bottom of the pan of barbacoa, the second person was told they were bringing more. They brought back out the same pan with SCRAPS and we were told BY THE MANAGER the Barcabcoa had been STRAINED!!!! The hunks of fat [no meat] was literally what they served us and had the audacity to expect us to eat it. Never again and we will be taking this further than a Google review. That's not even sanitary.

As a contractor hired to complete roof repairs, I see a lot of back end operations and kitchen. What I saw and experienced on my visit to repair the roof above chipotle, was impressive to say the least. Super friendly and helpful managers and employees, amazing training protocols and cleaning routines, clean and organized kitchen. Nice job!!!
