MOLD!! Customer service was good when I arrived but, I had to speed back during my lunch!! They had attitudes! YALL handed me salad with MOLD I should’ve been the one with the attitude! The manager Daniel Kay(he was Asian) if that’s even his name didn’t even apologize! I had to ask for a refund he looked at the cashier when I asked for his name, he didn’t want to say.. anyways stay away! I worked at Wendy’s years ago you’re supposed to salad prep EVERY morning and throw away any that’s left at night !!!

I had this most amazing experience here today!!! I believe the tall girl is a manager there well I told her she’s very pleasant too head over the speaker and my food was fresh and quickly made. I will definitely be back visiting!!

Exceptional service from counter girl. Cheeseburger cold, but edible.Rest of food warm & good. Dining room very dirty (entire floor & several tables) & fountain drink machine in dining room not working.

I had shockingly bad customer service here recently. There was no line in the drive through, yet when I went to order (for my family of 4) was repeatedly given the total after EVERY single item as if being rushed. After the 3rd time I said, “We have more.” And the employee goes, “Yeah, obviously” and was overheard on speaker going “This lady…” I was appalled. Then at the window, the woman was super rude and literally did not speak. I never write bad reviews but this one was awful. I’ll drive further for a better Wendy’s when the kiddos want some.

Don't bother ordering a Frosty here unless you just want a melted milk shake. How are you going to prepare a Frosty for an order, then have it sit on the counter for 10 minutes while the food is being prepared?! I get this is a fast food place, but this is pathetic.

Worst Wendys ever! I went when there was nobody in line and THEY TOOK FOREVER TO TAKE MY ORDER AND FOREVER TO GIVE ME MY ORDER! Granted all I ordered was two orders of fries! And they said they were understaffed AND A BUNCH OF EMPLOYEES WERE STANDING AROUND DOUNG NOTHING! This wendys has THE WORST customer service! I wish I could give ZERO stars
