Tried eating here twice after the first bad experience..I thought things may have improved. I was very wrong. The drive thru person who was a tall black male was extremely rude. He said WHAT very rude then when I said let's just go to my partner....he said THATS WHAT I SAID. We just left.

This is the ABSOLUTE WORST restaurant I have ever eaten at!!! The Lilburn, GA location has never been able to fill an order for me correctly. It’s always just one single meal for myself. Last week, they asked me to pull up to the front (after ordering from drive thru and waited over 30 minutes while I watched at least a dozen cars behind receive their meals from the window. I ordered a fish & shrimp meal. I had to park, walk inside, re-order & wait another 15 min.
Decided to try again tonight. Was given a dirty look from the girl working the window & another guy came to the window & handed me a bag with something completely different than I ordered, no napkins, fork or requested condiments. These employees need to be replaced or retrained extensively. I feel like I have been blatantly robbed and disrespected every time I have been here.

Drive thru took way too long. The car in front of us was asked to pull up but they pulled up just short of giving us enough room to reach the window. So we still had to sit and wait for them to get their food before we got ours. We considered leaving but we were blocked in between the cars at captain ds and Popeyes. I asked for fries but somehow they keyed in and gave me bread sticks. I didn’t even know they had those so I know I didn’t ask for it. I also asked for no ice, they gave me a cup full of crushed ice lemonade. Service was so slow and mediocre, I didn’t even want to go back around to correct it.

We waited 30 minutes on Sunday March 27, we pulled off and noticed someone inside after we pulled off. They actually took the vehicle behind us order! No one ever acknowledged us on the intercom and we repeatedly said hello and honked the horn! All while the popeyes next door serviced 15-20 cars!

February 1, 2022 Skin tone cost me $ 7.50 plus and no fish dinner. Family had a taste for grilled fish. Traveled from Shilo High off Hwy 78 to this location on Lawrenceville Hwy., because the location on Hwy 78 has a broken grill. Got back to Hwy78 items in bag not what I paid cash for. Drove back; tall slim white person told me my order was wrong before I could tell him. He refused to refund my money because it had been more than 45 minutes. No more of my hard earned money will be spent in this place. May God have mercy on you.

Went thru the drive thru and the computers were down and the staff put up no sign nor made no indication they were not taking orders.?we waited 20 minutes and they would not acknowledge us when we knocked.
