Sonic Drive-in

This was the worst experience of my life eating anywhere fast food or fine dining. There was hair intertwined in my food long nasty hair. The manager refused to do anything for me except ask me to take off work to come to the store in the morning to speak to general manager about it after calling me a liar saying they wear hair nets. This is the poorest customer service and nastiest Sonic ever rating -100

I understand that mistakes happen but this location rarely does their slushees right (it’s been more than once and this is over the span of several years i just get tired of reporting and having to go back and forth with staff which has happened so i waste my money and leave it alone) and the burnt chicken sandwich was just the cherry on top. I don’t understand how they thought that was edible or ok to serve to a customer or anybody with functional tastebuds. They knew it was burnt and still took my money and served me that mess. I don’t know what be happening behind these people but i would appreciate it if management stepped in and put signs up of how much syrup and ice to use to avoid this issue from happening again. It was a cherry slushy with nerds all syrup all sugar couldn’t even drink it. I actually enjoy sonic and this location is close to my house but this location has some issues.

I'm giving 5 stars not because the food was out of this world, but because the food was hot & fresh, and the folks that were working were courteous and super friendly. I came by pretty late and since it was raining, only the drive thru was available so that the car hops didn't get drenched. It might've taken a bit longer, but the workers were so nice and the food was obviously freshly made. I'll be returning.

All I hear is cussing by the workers waiting to get my food. Disrespectful and unprofessional. Everything was cold AND the fries tasted like they were sitting there for hours and refried. Hard as a rock. Disgusting. This sonic use to be nice. Seems like it's ran by a bunch of teenagers. Won't be going back. Smh.

I have never left a review for a restaurant, but the service was so horrible that I had to. The manager at this location was so rude and hateful that I will drive out of my way to go to a different Sonic. I was just trying to say my order was rung up wrong, and I would like to get what I asked for. She was so nasty with every response. I have never been treated like that at a place of business my entire life. She talked over me, would not let me finish anything I was trying to say, and raised her voice, more than once. I have lived in this community for 23 years. We have been coming to this Sonic more years then I remember. I will go to the one on Oak road from now on.
