Ordered at drive thru.....asked for the Wagyu Burger combo...I asked for no bacon and crinkle fries. I got bacon and curly fries. Food was cold as well! Very dissatisfied for spending $12 for a combo. 😡

Usually the employees here are nice. But I'm a delivery driver.. I was picking up an order for a customer.. I walked in and nobody acknowledged me but I was fine, I know It can get busy. However, this old lady was making eye contact with me.. so I casually said "I'm here to pick up for ____" .. this cranky old lady saids "I know you're here... wait" in a rude a** tone. As a delivery driver, I don't know if there are other delivery drivers who have orders awaiting so I was obviously making her aware of the NAME of the customer just so they could be informed. It's ridiculous when you're not being rude yet someone feels the need to get a disrespectful a** tone for no dang reason. A simple "No problem, give us a second" is common sense. Delivery driver or not, show respect, it's not rocket science. It's not difficult to act like you got sense.

It has gotten better. At one point the food was...terrible. but there has been much approvement! Each visit has been great, the food order has been accurate and speedy. The food quality is good. The service is quick and on top of it.

Stay away from this location. I have gotten food poisoning from this location Twice. Thankfully this time didn't end in me blacking out from throwing up and ending up with stitchs in my eye brow like it did last time. It wasn't until this past Monday 3/28/2022 that I put 2 together for the first time.

Food is usually okay but it would be nice if they were actually open the hours they list. It's a hit/miss whether they will actually be open when I drive up there....another night where they apparently just dont feel like taking any orders even tho they are supposed to be open for another hour

I had been seeing the commercial advertising it's new Cheesesteak sandwich so myself and my sister both agreed it looks good enough to try. Well, I decided to give it a try on yesterday & was soooo disappointed. Fist of all, I received a sandwich with just meat & cheese after ordering the regular cheesesteak. It was a good thing I checked prior to pulling off from the drive-thru. So, I said to the window attendant that..."this has nothing on it...nothing like the photo on the menu nor the commercial." He than says, "it's ALL mixed together" & proceeded to correct my order. When I received it, I was totally deceived along with my disappointment. My stomach was growling after fasting for an appointment & decided to give it a taste 😒. Needless to say, I'll never purchase it again

The guy working up front today seemed not to really care about his job. He was very unprofessional and rude. I was only there for a short time to pickup an online order, but he left a bad impression the time that I was there. Impolite and unsanitary is not what I expect when picking up a food order. Please retrain or remove this guy from your restaurant.
