Izzy's Ny Pizza

Unfortunately didn't go as expected 😕 I truly believe in giving the most honest opinion about any restaurant, service or store. This all about costumer service. Sometimes they do not have the greatest food or service but costumer service is determining my reviews. This place is an absolute NO. If you are not a regular costumer of them they would not pay attention to you. I went in Thursday around dinner time. They ignored me for about 15 min. They where focused on their already ordered by phone clients. The size of the pizzas are bigger compared to others but not flavor. They gave me a wrong order. I called to let them know all they said was: "bring it back and we will add the missing ingredient!" Really? Besides they are over priced. I like to give small local business a try but honestly with this prices and earning the same salary since before the pandemic I wouldn't risk my dollars any longer. I should drive the extra miles for Domino's or Little Ceasars.

Minus one star because several menu items I tried to order were not available. It seems they had a very busy weekend which says folks like their food. I am however disappointed that it seems the eggplant parmesan was taken off the menu, the sandwich was one of my favorites. I came with friends and was trying to stay away from carbs. The only item I could get was the meatballs without the spaghetti. The meatballs were very good. But not sure I would pay that much for 4 meatballs again, though I do understand prices of food in general have really gone up. The staff are very friendly and willing to try to accommodate if they can. If you are looking for a good pizza or a nice Greek salad this is a great restaurant.
