Subway

Every time I come here and it's not very often, the lady that runs the shop is very rude. Her husband is very nice, she is not. You ask for anything and she gives you a problem. Last time I asked for a sauce she put the wrong sauce on and was upset with me she had to remake it. Today she complained that I got almost everything in my sandwich but didn't say with everything lol not even joking. Like she was upset I told her what vegetables I wanted on my sandwich individually 😂😂😂 I than asked for extra peppers. She put one single pepper in the sandwich. I asked again politely and she threw peppers on my sandwich and said I already gave you extra. They had no onions and no olives. It's a shame because the husband is a nice man and she is a very rude person. Never will go here again.

Food was great but the service was NOT, by any stretch of the imagination. Cashier was inattentive, didn't make much eye contact other than to get confrontational with me early on in the order. She was hesitant about accepting a coupon I had but I was able to get that one through. Oddly enough the sub I got turned out excellent, absolutely no complaints on the food quality or taste but their customer service needs some major reworking!
