I called on Father’s Day to confirm hours and the guy that picked up sounded like he didn’t wanna be there but he told me they closed at 4pm. So, I ordered through their app for pick up at 3:30pm. I arrived to pick up my food and they are closed and they taped my receipt to the inside of the door with “refunded” on it. This situation was frustrating cause the app and the employee said 4pm was closing time when they actually close at 3pm. I waiting a week to see my refund and it never came so I called and tried to speak with the manager but she never called me back. So I called the next day and spoke to a man there and he helped me get the refund since it was never actually refunded in the system. I have now received my refund but it’s 30 cents short cause they didn’t refund me the processing fee that they charge on their app. That’s not a big difference but it tops the cake after this whole frustrating situation
