Where do I even begin with how amazing this place! The ladies working were so nice and so accommodating to me. I had to get some pies last minute for my family and they recommended their favorites that they liked and I brought it over to my family‘s Thanksgiving. Everyone was absolutely obsessed! Now my family wants to come there all the time. The customer service was so sweet and everyone was so nice to me when I came in and so helpful. I am extremely appreciative and it will be coming back so many more times!!!

Royal Pastry made my Granddaughter's Christening cake. The cake was so moist and delicious. I got the real whipped cream frosting which was out of this world. Everyone at the party were so impressed by the cake that they asked me where I got it. I highly recommend going to Royal Pastry Shop for your cake needs , you will be glad you did. They definitely make the best cakes. Deborah

The young lady took a good 5 minutes to come out from the backroom. She was wearing a half shirt dressed totally inappropriately for any business establishment. Pastries were good but how about implementing a dress code? Revisited last week and the pastries are good per usual but same young lady wearing beach clothes. I guess uniforms are out of style. They should clean the display case every once in awhile. The pizza looked like it was sitting in there for a week all dried out. Canolis and cookies were good.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. I have been a regular customer for years however, we will have to find a new bakery. When I called to order my husband birthday cake I specified the decorations I would like on the top. Mainly no frosting flowers only fresh strawberries as it was a strawberry whipped cream cake. After picking up the cake and bringing it home it not only HAD frosting flowers but when I called about the cake the staff was very rude and accused me of ordering the wrong cake and asked my to bring it back. My family and I are being very careful of visiting stores during covid and I was appalled with their customer service. The inside of the cake was filled with obviously previously frozen strawberries that were off in color and taste. They were also clumped to one side of the cake. My husband had also purchased cookie from them the same day. The cookies were obviously stale. We are very disappointed and will NEVER order from here again, so sad to see this bakery go so down hill.

Walking to Royal pastry with a friend. And it was a small little hole in the wall. I had ordered a Danish and a whoopie pie and my friend ordered a pie. We were waited on quickly. The prices were reasonable. The cases were full. Some wonderful looking desserts. If I wasn't watching my weight I would have gotten one of everything LOL. I really like the place I just wish it was bigger. It was in a little strip mall. It was right next to a personal trainers facility. Which I found humor in.
