I ordered a pizza for Father’s Day to celebrate with my dad and they got it wrong even after clarifying it with them three times while ordering. Then when I called in it took 10 minutes before a manager came to the phone and he didn’t even apologize for the mistake.

I ordered online and picked it up in the drive thru window. It was delicious! Light sauce as requested and the pepperoni was very good. The guy at the window was very friendly.

I actually used to love Donatos Pizza. So much I was pregnant 17 years ago and for a deco d job there just to be able to afford to eat it every day. The last time we ordered it just wasn't as good as it used to be. Not impressed at all.

Dont know what happened to this location. Have been ordering pizza here for the past 3.5 years, never had issues. Last 3 times we've ordered delivery has taken 2 as long as quoted and one time we were missing food. This time the pizza was cold when it arrived. I keep trying to give them one more chance hoping they'll get back to their old habits, but mo luck. Probably the last time we order for a while

I jokingly put a little note on my online order that they forgot the 2ltr last time (they did) and they actually brought me another one. I appreciate that, and the food is always really good. They make good stuff and apparently care about treating people right. Thumbs up.

My girlfriend ordered us a pizza and desert and was given a delivery time of 30 minutes. 50 minutes later I called and the guy who answered the phone could not have cared less. Said the driver left 17 minutes ago with 4 orders but should be here soon. That’s it. Here I am 40 minutes after the estimated delivery time and it still hasn’t arrived. Good job donatos.

The delivery time provided when ordering online does not take into account how busy the actual store is. I really like their food though.
