We've gone there several times with our son who is in a wheelchair. The service has been good and they have done an excellent job of accommodation.
The staff were incredible, we had a handsome tall bald gentleman take care of us, he was kind and attentive. My chicken parm was delicious. Definitely would come back. My family enjoyed their supper. We came down from New York and this place was the first restaurant in Massachusetts we visit, Definitely worth it.
I called on a Sunday, saying we would have 30 people meeting up at Bertucci's the next Saturday after a tournament soccer game nearby. Without hesitation they booked our reservation. I called at the last minute on the night of our event to say we'd have an additional 10 people coming. NO PROBLEM. When we arrived, a half hour early, they were ready, tables labelled with our names. The food was awesome, and the entire staff from the front to the back of the house were extremely accommodating. The chef came out to confirm our orders, the hosts were organized and friendly, and the wait staff was very cool and going with the flow under pressure. I can't recommend Bertucci's Lexington enough-- we will be back next year! THANK YOU
Great food and the service was ok mainly because we had a newish waiter I think. The manager was amazing though. Jumped in a few times to help take care of us while the waiter was still learning. Honestly the manager saved the services for us - again though, we had a newish waiter.
