Cook Out

Our order was so sloppy!! We ordered walking tacos & the out side of the Dorito bag was covered with chili The fries had so much seasoning on them we couldn't eat them They definitely won't get my business again. This isn't the 1st time we ordered from there & the food wasn't fit to eat!! If you only want a milkshake or drink you will probably be ok. Our fries 😔

Ordered Big Double Out West Style but received a single burger, no bacon, no onions and no mayo. Burgers dry and little bland, not the same as MB place. Milkshake still good, though. Called to talk to manager but not available and attendant said to go back and talk to the manager. Traveling through and not about to go back 10 miles out. Extremely disappointed on the burgers!

Never been to a cookout before, was looking forward to trying it. The food was okay, yeah okay. Shakes were good. Kind of ridiculous that the whole place was dark and looked closed and they weren't allowing inside seating, but they were doing drive-thru orders. Woman in the drive-thru was very sweet.

Two stars means that you came in under my expectations. I frequent this cookout location. It usually barely meets my expectation (which is low, and therefore not difficult to meet). However, I've been increasingly frustrated recently and yesterday I finally decided to review. First I'd like to Express my frustration that we are still not able to go inside to order, making the drive thru a 15 to 20 minute ordeal EVERY TIME. Either let us inside or figure out a solution. Alass, I continue to go back although recently I just skip it and go somewhere else. Last night I ordered a chicken sandwich with no tomato. A simple order. As you can see I got tomato. Also as you can see it's quite possibly the smallest piece of the bottom of the barrel lettuce I've ever seen. How does one make it in life if they can't even manage to put together a decent sandwich correctly. This isn't the first time my simple order wasn't fulfilled correctly. If getting a meal is going to take 20 minutes then be wrong, I'll just go to a restaurant where I can sit down and be waited on in an establishment that will get my order right.
