There is a reason they are one of the top 12 coffee roasters in US according to Forbes. This is, without exaggeration, the best coffee I have ever had. Fresh roasted or going in to get a cup of hot coffee, the best black coffee or vanilla latte you'll ever have. I got a latte recently from another business and was shocked at how bitter and off the coffee tasted. LCR has coffee that will make your day better. I drink the Oaxaca at home daily, whole bean fresh ground, and black. It has a distinct flavor that I really enjoy drinking. Worth every cent to make every morning better. Start spending your money on coffee you can't wait to share with family and friends.

What a gem! We stopped for a quick cup of coffee to find a fabulous roastery...that happens to prepare their beans for a perfect little cup of heaven! The gravel drive and step at the front door might be a problem for those with mobility issues, but if you can make it, make it a must stop place! From the cute boards outside, socially distanced picnic tables, limited entry (only 2 people at a time unfortunately), wonderful smells from the fresh roasted beans, and even bringing out a bowl of water for our pup! They are very welcoming and I can't wait to swing by again! I had a regular latte that was the star and hubby had a cold brew that was delicious but not air cold enough because they didn't have ice. Even without ice the coffee flavor was amazing and we will definitely be stopping again!

Having been a loyal Peet’s coffee drinker for years, I got bored with their coffees and started to explore different roasts and roasters. In December I hit upon Lexington Roasters and I have found my new home . I have a subscription to their single origin coffees. It is a fun way to sample the wondrous coffees that different regions provide. The Blue Ridge Blend has become my house coffee that will always be on hand. The coffee is extremely fresh. My favorite thing is the wonderful aroma that greets you when you first open the bag. It is well worth the price.

I was in town dog sitting for family and decided to try a different coffee shop each day. Today was Lexington Coffee Roasters. The barista was friendly, engaging and very knowledgeable. I was much more educated about my coffee options after spending a few minutes there. She suggested that I try a Nitro Cold Brew. Excellent choice! Probably the best coffee I had during my visit. I will definitely visit Lexington Coffee Roasters the next time I'm in town.

I order there whole beans and grind at home. Some of the best coffee!! Not many blends I don’t like in my pallet range.

Spectacular coffee. I saw their operation in person and was impressed by the cleanliness and care they took with every step. I live in another state and have them send me their coffee through the mail every month because everything else I try does not match up!

A pleasant surprise as we were passing through. I have traveled the world drinking coffee and each cup falls on the range from muddy cups of water all the way to blissful cups of gold. And to my surprise a small little pit stop offered up such a gem. The coffee shop small clean and with no frills. It was clear that all they wanted to do at their espresso bar was to showcase how good their coffee was and it was a real treat. We had a cold brew nitro drink and also a vanilla latte. I am not much for getting flavorings in coffee so after stealing a sip of the vanilla latte I was surprised how subtle and clearly nuanced a pure vanilla syrup is and how well their coffee bean held up to it. The nitro cold brew was a Star! No ice just cold brew infused in milk had sweat undertones and strong roasted finish with no astringent burnt flavors. If ever you’re finding your way past Lexington Virginia I do recommend taking the short hop off the highway to stop in and grab an excellent cup of coffee.
