Burger King

Nice, especially for a freeway exit restaurant. Clean restroom. Nice new interior and although there were a lot of people waiting for food when I walked in, it didn't take long to serve everyone. Scott was courteous and professional. I like that they had a Freestyle drink machine and pump ketchup. Food came hot, glad I stopped here.

When entering the store Tasha the cashier was on the front register, I asked her if possible could I get my burger right off the and hot fries she no problem. When I got my meal the fries and burger was cold. Then I was willing to wait for fries and Tasha still gave me the old fries that was in the bin. Tasha had a bad attitude to be working on your front register and dealing with customers. Tasha was on here telephone on the front line and management did not say a word to that employee. Then I asked to speak with the manager, she said I am sorry and will have a talk with that employee. I was a customer just traveling through and it took 15 minutes to get a order that was still wrong after waiting for hot food.

The place is really clean the lady who took our order was also very friendly. The food came out at a reasonable time we ordered french toast sticks a croissant several drinks & a coffee. The food was pretty good & hot also, the coffee was good but, only one thing is the french toast sticks seemed a little darker than normal & that told me the fryer they are using needs be changed. Other than 1 small little issue I would definitely come back again. Cleanliness-5 Service-5 Food-4
