We have been wanting to try this for months (we live out of town) and are so happy that we did. The coffee is delicious, made perfectly! I had the honey, vanilla latte which is one the menu with hazelnut but switched that for lavender and it was delicious. We had the cinnamon roll and it was the best we have ever had and we found out that they are homemade! The Poppy’s hashbrown casserole was phenomenal! We LOVED that the sleeves had sweet Christian notes. The shop is so clean as well and well managed. The staff are kind and respectful. We can’t wait to go back!

This place is a hidden gem! My husband and I went for breakfast this morning. I had 1/2 Strawberry Fields and 1/2 Gigi's main squeeze, my husband had a whole Apple of My Eye. All were so yummy! A must go. We will be back!

This place has got an entire great selection of yummy waffles, whether you want savory or sweet they have a wide selection. The wife enjoyed one of their coffee's.

Just WOW! Please if you have not been to The Factory this is a must try here in Lexington! I had the V’s Choice walflewich and it was Amazing! Pricing was spot on and customer service was fantastic! Great job!!!! Keep it up!!

First time here and will definitely be back! Food and coffee are amazing. Staff is super friendly and welcoming! Had the poppys breakfast special and it was amazing! The hashbrown casserole needs to be a menu staple!

Got an iced coffee with a shot of espresso. Flavor was great and the coffee itself was strong. My girlfriend got a chocolate frappe and it was delicious! Havent tried the food yet but will for sure be back to try it for lunch! The inside looks amazing and has been freshly renovated. Really cozy and a great place to relax and read a book, do some homework, or just hangout. Great to see places like this popping up in Lexington!
