I hardly ever eat BBQ but my son's do. I have to say this was So good off the charts. Not greasy or fatty and lean. The slaw was perfect tons of vinegar. Took 8 BBQ sandwiches for some ballplayers loved it. Oops the picture of the church accidentally and won't allow me to delete. Pay no mind to it!
Stopped as we were passing through. Ratings were high so we were excited to try it out. We were NOT disappointed- it was AMAZING! Great authentic NC BBQ. I was told by another customer to try anything, I wouldn't regret what I got. We got the chopped and sliced BBQ plates. The meat melted in your mouth and the hush puppies were delicious. Highly recommend!
This is the coarse chopped barbecue and the smoked turkey. We live in Asheboro and have had a hard time finding good barbecue and heard about this place and decided to check it out. Vinegar based barbecue ..It did not disappoint! Great service! Good food!
This is not your typical bbq. The bbq is quality and you will enjoy it.. I travel the usa speaking to legislators getting legislation pass to help cancer patients, and love bbq. I never had this style and enjoyed it. The place is busy and Rick the owner took time to teach me about the bbq. Thank you Rick you run a great place. The staff is friendly and food is yummy at a great price.
Simply but Soooo good and flavorful! I had the corse chop BBQ & slaw. I am Usually not a fan of slaw but I was there. The waitress suggested the tray that came with the best hush puppy’s I have had yet. The smoked turkey salad was right there in flavor. We got a pound of the turkey to go! Southern hospitality & just a great place to have awesome BBQ.
🕋A pilgrimage to Mecca. That’s what my coach called this establishment. What I received instead was heaven itself. The bbq was glorious, the fries hot and CWISPY, and the hush puppies imbued with the passion of the Holy Ghost. And then, in a cleansing wave of euphoria, God presented himself with warm, loving arms through a spoonful of peach cobbler melting upon my palette. Thank you Lexington, thank you🙏.
This is hands down our favorite bbq place around! This time I ate like my children, lol and got chicken tenders with frys! Their ranch is fantastic and never disappoints! Their BBQ is the best in my opinion, and can’t go wrong with anything you order!
HIDDEN GEM!! Yes!!!! Come here!!! Authentic!!! Real smoke flavor. THIS IS THE REAL DEAL!!!Get coarse chop or slices or both! Delicious hush puppies! The “dip” is soooo good (vinegar based bbq sauce) friendly staff. Clean. Good service! Yup!!!!! Little gem! BEST PEACH COBBLER! Best BBQ!!!! The owner is there & proud and it shows in their food!!!
