Taco Bell

I have given many chances to this Taco Bell and have came back many times as a faithful customer because: it is more convenient and is closer to my house. But this is starting to be aggravating because EVERY SINGLE TIME I have ordered here, the order just has to be wrong. I don't get enough sauces, the burritos are filled with nothing but smashed beans and small amounts of cheese. I bought 12 burritos, 3 different types, and tell me why they gave me all bean burritos??! Like I said: I have been a faithful customer for a while (for almost 3 years) and used to enjoy the food. Now I have wasted almost 20 dollars on something I am not even going to eat. I know everyone there isn't going to be perfect at doing a certain job, but at the same time they need to think about the fact that if you don't do something correctly with YOUR job, YOUR job is on the line.

I would give it a '0' star if I could but I won't get recognized on here otherwise. I ordered three crunchy tacos and a XXL grilled stuffed burrito with steak. These were the smallest tacos I've ever had in my life not only were they the very smallest taco shells but they had barely enough meat to maybe cover the bottom of it and no more than that. There was no cheese except for a couple little strands and hardly any lettuce. I've gone through this store before and they had ran out of lettuce. worst tacos I've ever had from a taco Bell. And the one time they don't give you a receipt... they're usually glad to give you a receipt with the 1-800 number on the back for a survey for that particular store but they didn't even give me a receipt. I understand why now because they were the absolute worst. I go to this taco Bell a lot but this was absolutely the worst. I tried to call them and they would not answer their phone. I visited several times, and not once was my order right the first time. Something always needs to get remade. On my last visit, I was told that I could not order a cheesy Gordita crunch in the drive thru... I was told I needed to order it on the app. What kind of a joke is this? So I can order something on the app but not in person... whatever there are other Taco Bell’s nearby. It is worth the drive to go a little bit farther away and get good food and service rather than go to this location.

This taco Bell is the worst taco Bell I've ever been to.as I'm going through the drive-thru they asked me would you like sauce I said yes hot sauce please lots did I get any nope absolutely not.so I drove all the way back through the drive-thru again to get hot sauce for the 10 items that I ordered. The lady behind the window proceeded to hand me four hot sauces when I asked for more she shut the window and ignored me. Since when do bean burritos come without any sauce in them that was my only saving grace thinking great well at least I'll have sauce in my bean burrito nope no sauce. Whoever is teaching these people how to make the food should probably take a lesson in making the food themselves it was horrible my chalupas were like chewing on leather. The people behind the counter were extremely rude needless to say I will never go back to taco Bell again.
