I'm the last person to give a negative review but..... 2 weeks ago waited in Line for 20 minutes 5 Cars in line and it literally never moved.... Last Friday forgot 1 of the 3 sandwiches that was ordered... Tonight a Double Beef n Cheddar with Zero Cheese. Convenient location on my way home but can't be that difficult to get an order right.

Desiree at this location was assisting in regular routine clean up for the stores professional and standards of cleanliness which the bathroom was in prestige contagion upon entering it! She had a bubbly personality. Excellent customer service skills. And even with her ensuring and maintaining standards, was joking with me and made sure to ask me if I wanted/needed any sauces even when the check out representative didn’t (which I’m not complaining on him he was nice as well). But you GO Desiree. I’m still sticking with my neck my back 🤣

We just live 5 minutes away. We have been going there since they opened. Sometimes the order is right, with decent portions. But lately, the order has been wrong, with smaller portions. More often than not. We went there Saturday Dec. 18th. The order was so small. 2 small slices, on out Turkey Club sandwiches, right in the middle of the sandwich. Both sides were not half covered, nothing but bread. The lettuce had black spots all over it. The fries were mostly just smaller hard pieces. And cold. We have decided not to return. I realize restaurants are cutting down on portions, like customers will not notice, to save cost. But this place has gotten ridiculous. We had a coupon for $1 fries and cup of cheese. The girl taking our order informed us that the cheese does not come with fries. Tried to charge us. We had to get to the window and show her the coupon, that they had given us last time we were there, just a few days ago. She did not apologize for trying to make US WRONG.
