Been charged for extra items I DID NOT RECEIVE twice now. This is the over cooked, held wayyyyyyy past the hold time, extremely hard chicken that they served. Any servsafe manager would be appalled by this. As a GM for another restaurant I'm absolutely embarrassed for this restaurant. They need to shut down until management can take their food handlers and servsafe again. Serving food like this WILL MAKE PEOPLE SICK. I had to throw mine away.

Very disappointed. This is the second time I've gotten food from here in the last two weeks, the first time I was rudely greeted at the window, and the time I want given a receipt and my order wasn't correct. I was charged for a extra biscuit and never received it, instead I got very dry chicken strips that my girlfriend couldn't eat, only one biscuit and very old fries that were hard as a rock..

It's been years since I had a chicken pot pie, heck, I worked at KFC when they rolled it out. This one was fresh and tasty. I went through the drive thru and had to go back and get a spork they forgot to give me. They were apologetic and also gave me the cookie and napkins they forgot. The cookie was good for a prepackaged one.

I was picking a doordash up and stood there for 15 minutes with no help. So I figured I’d go through the drive through. Genieve starting talking and told her we have a doordash and he said I have to come inside. I stated I waited 15 minutes with no help. He said “going through the drive through won’t make it ready any faster.” I go inside and they are still talking about it. To make things worse the worker making the food wasn’t wearing gloves. I believe I need to report this store to the health department and better business bureau. They messed with the wrong one.

I ordered a famous bowl and a large drink. I was not given a total but was told to pull around for my total. Upon reaching the window I was told my order was over 10 dollars. I knew better. I asked for my receipt which I did not get and the total changed to 6.03. How many people are being taken for a few dollars. Check your receipt people, I am calling the main office to let them know as well. It's was the KFC on the corner of Pasadena and Nickville rd in Lex. on Wednesday 5/25/22 around 5 pm est. Just a heads up. I get that times are tough, I have to work too, but this is just a shame.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I've ordered food from here a couple times through uber eats and my order is never correct. Today I ordered 4 combos and only received 2 smh so that's a waste of $50 plus only 2 of my kids got to eat and I have to buy the other 2 food from somewhere else. And the Nashville tenders aren't even worth the price as small as they are.
