Absolutely amazing visit. Our waitress Ashley S was amazing as well. She kept our drinks full and food was out quickly. She was super friendly and made our experience amazing. The appetizer of onion petals was fresh and tasty. My strawberry lemonade was perfectly mixed. Bread was fresh both times and melted butter right away. My chicken was glazed perfectly with a hot baked potato. All three of our salads looked great and tasted better than our last visit. The steaks were cooked exactly as asked. We have never had an experience in any restaurant as great as the service we received tonight. Perfectly cooked meals and continued customer service. We will be coming back for our daughter birthday.

Wish I could give this review no stars, this establishment was absoulty horrible!! Worst experience I've had in along time. But our waitress Tracy was wonderful she gets 5star's without a doubt, she was totally disgusted with how everything come out, just as much as my husband and I were. I ordered the surf and turf, asked for it to be cooked medium but it was well done, the shrimp were burnt and no seasoning and the broccoli was terrible. Steak pictured below. My husband ordered the Nashville hot chicken which was a new item on the menu and loaded fries for his side. When it came out we both looked at it and thought it was the wrong order, it looked like a kids meal(pictured below) He never got his fries. Also we ordered the potato skins for an appetizer they tasted freezer burnt, the toppings weren't even melted. The food was disgusting. My dogs wouldn't even eat the steak I brought home for them. Asked to speak with the manager Tony, he was a complete jerk. Never apologized for anything. And had absoulty no customer service skills or the personality to be in his position to be a manager. Plus most of the staff dislike Tony and don't understand how he still has his job. Will never return or recommend this place to anyone.

We won't be going back here. The food was terrible. They did remove it from our check when the manager saw it. This was supposed to be the Nashville hot chicken on Texas toast with slaw. 1. No slaw 2. Texas toast was stale bread 3. Fries were cold. I tried. I hate to complain at a restaurant but this was really bad. I had to just stop eating it. Not as described at all. We had to ask for napkins and then silverware. Besides the food the service was also lacking.

We went as a group of 8 for lunch. Our first waitress did not want to deal with a party of 8 but the waitress who took over was amazing. The service was stellar and the food was great. We never wanted for anything. Drinks were replaced before they ran out, food was served to the right people. This was a great experience for a group of friends to have a very nice lunch.

Waitress was nice. Not a long wait. That is the only good thing I have to say about it. Steaks were not cooked right had to send them back and they were almost to tough to eat. On top of that they didnât even get my order right. Sides were cold also and drinks stayed empty.

Bread was great. At my table someone had coleslaw, it was so bad the entire table sampled it and agreed it was horrible. Salmon was ordered at our table and it tasted like the inside of a fish tank. A chicken on rice entree was ordered at our table, tasted very nice. A roast beef with dipping sauce was ordered by myself. Three quarters of it tasted nice. I wasn't able to eat the rest because the meat was very sinewy. Service was good at first, but then had to get the hostess to request a to go box and our check. Spent $100 for all over the place food. I had taken my mom out for her birthday, very very sad.

Our server did an excellent job and the food was fair. My wife had to send her steak back (tough) and they did replace it. It was fine then. I had the Nashville Hot Chicken. One recommendation I have regarding that dish is to take it off the menu. It was very dry and not exactly tender. It's not something I would ever order again. The sides we had were fine. It was odd because usually we have good meals there. Something seems different.

The server was wonderful. Ordered the new moonshine shrimp. It was described to me as having a kick to it (I like spicy food). Was looking forward to it. When I received it it was deep fried hard shrimp with what taste like BBQ sauce on it. Very disappointed. I also ordered blackened chicken salad. It was good. Ordered coke to drink. Had to keep sending it back because they could not get it fixed. It kept coming to me light brown tasting like water. Finally I just asked for water. They did take it off my bill but really didn't want water. We ordered bone in steak. It was good. So overall service was good. Food wasn't up to my standards. They need to expand their menu items. Felt very limited on selections

We had a great time at Logan's Roadhouse last night. It was very crowded. It took us about 10 minutes to be seated. We had wonderful food served to us by such a good waiter. We had great service. This waiter was on his toes and very nice!!

My steak was very good but I feel they are a little over priced. Service was good. The rice side dish I ordered was supposed to be "rice pilaf" & there was no way it was. It was terrible. It tasted like someone tried to make Spanish rice that failed miserably.

First time eating at Logan's it was delious, the rolls were so good!! Only thing I didn't like, the bake potatoe was very very small and not enough butter or sour cream on it!! When you pay that much you expect to get a big baked potatoe not a regular potatoe!! The service was excellent!! Steak was really good!! The appetizer fried mushrooms were great!! Hopefully the next time I eat there they will have large baked potatoes!! It was a great birthday dinner with my baby girl!!

This was our first time eating here. Our service was terrible. Didn't get my soup and was (almost) still charged for it. Food was great! Hot and fresh, but the waitress was not on her best, and no, I do not remember her name. We will go back, but we will make sure to not have the same server.

Ordered the Lobster and Ribeye and a Sam Adams seasonal beer. Service was great, but my rib eye was a piece of fat. I believe it was the manager that stopped by and asked how everything was. I told her about my steak and she responded that's how it is sometimes. Not acceptable!

Very Average, Service was weird as we had two waitresses they were  both nice but seemed really confused and took forever with drinks and food. Had chopped steak platter my favorite had it 100s of times at multiple restaurants  and it was not that good,, also the  portion size was very small the potatoes couldn't feed a baby.  Probably the biggest disappointment I have been to in a city with amazing food.

I wonder if this type of chain steakhouse is passing? Typical steakhouse (peanuts shells tossed on the floor) though they do have a good Brewski Sirloin with onion straws and sautéed onions. Their mini-burgers are pretty good. Like their salads too.

Horrible service. I went in to Logan's a couple nights ago with my family expecting good service because it usually is okay there. What we got however was terrible service. Our waitress was incredibly rude and seemed to have a really bad attitude. Brown hair and tan skin with tattoos, which I do not like to judge a book by its cover but what we saw was what we got. Frankly, I will not be going back to this location ever again because of the service and attitude we got. It is a shame that one person could ruin it all for a decent place.

Change in menu...bad move. The dinner size chicken tender meal was pitiful. I was presented with 5 stringy looking pieces and a side of skinny fries that taste fresh...from a bag of frozen fries! I even asked the girl who brought out the meal if this was the dinner portion or the appetizer. She said it was the dinner size and left. Once my server came over, I asked her the same thing, she said they are dinner size & I will go get you some more. Sure enough, a guy brought 3 more little ones. geesh. Finally the mgr came around & asked how everything was. I told him I will never order the tenders again. He said it was a new style "hand breaded" & sometimes the pieces were small. really? Our server tried to make it right so I don't blame her. I heard the table beside us complain about the size of the potato skins. they were disappointed. Likewise another table close by (had our same server so she really heard it all night), complaining about the tenders.My companions had good burgers, nice size...wish I had gone that route. Logan's should have kept the same tenders!

Good food, dirty ladies bathroom with no paper!. I had 6 oz sirloin with sweet potato fries. Steak was cooked to perfection, fries were delicious with cinnamon sugar seasoning. Husband had the mesquite pork chops. He could only eat one. Brought other one home. My sangria was pretty good, not great, but fine. <br/><br/>After the meal we stopped into the restrooms. This was early on a Friday evening, about 7p.m. The stall I entered had no paper so I asked the unseen woman next to me if she had any, which she did and gave me some. There was toilet paper strewn on the floor :-/ The woman on the other side said she had no paper either and asked the woman in the middle for some also. Before I left the bathroom, a woman said yeah, every time she came here the ladies room was always dirty, and often without paper. <br/><br/>Logan's needs to wake up. If Mama don't like your restaurant because of dirty ladies room, ain't nobody gonna show up to eat as often as they would if they were clean and well stocked!

You can't beat the prices here! The wait staff is always helpful and friendly and I love the peanuts and rolls! The food (that we've tried) is very tasty and always comes out fresh and hot! Would recommend Logan's for a fun casual meal with a nice staff.

Bad Service. Service is only good (not excellent) if you want to sit at the bar and get monkey drunk. However I had a party of three sit at the bar (Not during a UK game) and could not get service, we left and walked over to the English Pub. It seems the bartender wanted to talk on the cell phone and argue with the servers. Not worth hanging around for OK food you can order elsewhere.

Eehhhhh...... The best part about the place is how cheap the food is, unfortunately the quality reflects the price. If you pay the 20$ for filet you might enjoy it, but the 2 for cheap meal isn't worth it. Plus the service sucks in the past couple years. It's cheap though.

A Guily Pleasure. We don't dine often at chains, but we have decided that this one has an irresistible atmosphere. For a small amount of money, you get a lot of food including complementary yeast rolls and peanuts. We usually enjoy imbibing one or two of their sickeningly sweet specialty mixed drinks before walking over to watch a few movies at Cinemark. Between the friendly staff, the happy hour specials, terrible music, and the outstanding people-watching, it ranks far up there with being a guilty pleasure for us. We probably wouldn't order a steak here, but we do like their "Porkies" which are their yeast rolls with pulled pork barbeque and coleslaw. One thing we also like is their Sweet Potato Fries which are some of the best actually that we've tried at any restaurant. We also enjoy just a Baked Sweet Potato with everything on the side. As long as they bring the fun, we'll keep going from time-to-time. Perhaps one of these days, we'll gain enough courage to actually sweep our peanut shells on the floor like they recommend their customers to do.

Love it !!!. I eat at the Lexington (Richmond Rd) Logan's once a month or so when close friends invite me to eat out. As you walk in you can see the grilling station and can watch the cooks do their thing. The atmosphere is very informal and the food has always been good.<br/><br/>My favorite: the coastal Carolina shrimp. Perfect every time!

Ate there last night at rush hour. Wait was 30 minutes and we were seated next to 5 families with noisy children. We were able to move tables though. When we got our food the side portions were small but tasty and to steak was fairly good.

Logans = yum!. Logans is a great place to eat! i have never had a bad experience there and id recommend it to anyone. the food is great, servers are amazing.. they treat you like a family and are very talkative. i dont see why anyone would complain about the service, its great! the manager "Mike" i think his name is- even came to the table and asked about our food. what a great place. and who complains about rolls! the more the better! thanks logans for being awesome! yum!

The good side first still the best "roadhouse" around and two can dine special is cheap. The bad is two can dine for cheap on cheap meat baked potato is usually bad over/under cooked the yeast rolls are the size of communion wafers. And when your done its like rocket science to get your bill right or even to find your waiter to get a bill. Sorry to see a good steakhouse die but your better off with steak from golden corral, and thats just plain sad.

Not what it use to be.... I love the food at this restaurant. However, the service is severely lacking. When we first starting going to the Logan's on Nicholasville Rd, the service was wonderful. Since then, it has continually gotten worse. We keep going, hoping the next time will be better and it never is. Last night is the last time I will go there. I'll still go to Logan's, just not the Nicholasville Rd location.
