Logan's Roadhouse

Absolutely amazing visit. Our waitress Ashley S was amazing as well. She kept our drinks full and food was out quickly. She was super friendly and made our experience amazing. The appetizer of onion petals was fresh and tasty. My strawberry lemonade was perfectly mixed. Bread was fresh both times and melted butter right away. My chicken was glazed perfectly with a hot baked potato. All three of our salads looked great and tasted better than our last visit. The steaks were cooked exactly as asked. We have never had an experience in any restaurant as great as the service we received tonight. Perfectly cooked meals and continued customer service. We will be coming back for our daughter birthday.

Wish I could give this review no stars, this establishment was absoulty horrible!! Worst experience I've had in along time. But our waitress Tracy was wonderful she gets 5star's without a doubt, she was totally disgusted with how everything come out, just as much as my husband and I were. I ordered the surf and turf, asked for it to be cooked medium but it was well done, the shrimp were burnt and no seasoning and the broccoli was terrible. Steak pictured below. My husband ordered the Nashville hot chicken which was a new item on the menu and loaded fries for his side. When it came out we both looked at it and thought it was the wrong order, it looked like a kids meal(pictured below) He never got his fries. Also we ordered the potato skins for an appetizer they tasted freezer burnt, the toppings weren't even melted. The food was disgusting. My dogs wouldn't even eat the steak I brought home for them. Asked to speak with the manager Tony, he was a complete jerk. Never apologized for anything. And had absoulty no customer service skills or the personality to be in his position to be a manager. Plus most of the staff dislike Tony and don't understand how he still has his job. Will never return or recommend this place to anyone.

We won't be going back here. The food was terrible. They did remove it from our check when the manager saw it. This was supposed to be the Nashville hot chicken on Texas toast with slaw. 1. No slaw 2. Texas toast was stale bread 3. Fries were cold. I tried. I hate to complain at a restaurant but this was really bad. I had to just stop eating it. Not as described at all. We had to ask for napkins and then silverware. Besides the food the service was also lacking.

We went as a group of 8 for lunch. Our first waitress did not want to deal with a party of 8 but the waitress who took over was amazing. The service was stellar and the food was great. We never wanted for anything. Drinks were replaced before they ran out, food was served to the right people. This was a great experience for a group of friends to have a very nice lunch.

Bread was great. At my table someone had coleslaw, it was so bad the entire table sampled it and agreed it was horrible. Salmon was ordered at our table and it tasted like the inside of a fish tank. A chicken on rice entree was ordered at our table, tasted very nice. A roast beef with dipping sauce was ordered by myself. Three quarters of it tasted nice. I wasn't able to eat the rest because the meat was very sinewy. Service was good at first, but then had to get the hostess to request a to go box and our check. Spent $100 for all over the place food. I had taken my mom out for her birthday, very very sad.

Our server did an excellent job and the food was fair. My wife had to send her steak back (tough) and they did replace it. It was fine then. I had the Nashville Hot Chicken. One recommendation I have regarding that dish is to take it off the menu. It was very dry and not exactly tender. It's not something I would ever order again. The sides we had were fine. It was odd because usually we have good meals there. Something seems different.
