Arby's

This fast food chain( like many other fast food chains) used to be soo good when i was younger. Now it just feels like they don't care anymore. My chicken sandwiches that i ordered barely had chicken in it and one of the chicken breasts wasn't cooked through in the middle. They were also extremely dry ...like a desert. My fries were practically cremated and over loaded with salt. Won't be ordering from here for a while. On a side note, the staff was very friendly and funny.

Food was hot but left out a sandwich. Luckily we check ur bags before we leave the store. We came bk a different date. They did not get either sandwich right. One was a beef and cheddar no Ranchero sauce, it was on there. Other one regular roast beef add cheese. It had no cheese. My husband did call to let them know. That's 2 different times and messed order up both times. Never again!

This Particular Restaurant Has Some Of The WORST Management I've Ever Scene. When I Was Allowed To Dine In And Eat, This African American Manager Figure Who Wears Glasses Would Stare At Me While I Would Eat In There. And Yes, I Do Mean He Intentionally Would Stare At Me While I Would Eat My Meal And God Forbid If I Got A Phone Call Or Text Message While I Would Eat. He'd Freak Out And Throw Me Out For Responding To It. Also The Little White Shift Supervisor Person, (Whomever He Is/Was) Would Play Second Fiddle To The African American Manager Person (Whomever He Is) And I Want The Arby's Corporate Office To Know That Your Store Numbered 5183 At 401 N Main Street Lexington NC 27292 Has Lost Me As A Customer FOREVER, FORGOOD. Oh, One More Thing. Do You Arby's Corporate Office, Allow All Of Your Stores All Over America/The World Store Management To Treat All Customers This Way And To Get Away With It Without Any Repercussions From You Arby's Corporate Office ? Honestly, That Store (Arby's Store 5183) Deserves A Negative Rating Because Of This Treatment. I PERSONALLY WANT THEM TO KNOW THIS IN WRITING AND I HOPE THAT THEY READ THIS.

It is supposed to be a roast beef restaurant literally every single time I go thru the drive thru they are out of roast beef and say it will be 45 minutes I can’t even remember the last time I was successfully able to go thru the drive thru and get a roast beef sandwich if I want a roast beef sandwich I have to drive all the way to Salisbury arbys I don’t even want to give them one star
