Arby's

It's Arby's! The roast beef was great. The mac and cheese was good but at three bucks, its expensive. The Fish was tasty but it was a lot of bun to eat. However, the chicken nuggets were nasty, bad and a waste of money. Do not buy and go get some at another resturant. Otherwise, it's Arby's get a roat beef or try a fish.

Madonna is awesome! So many times I pull up to a drive through and the employees are so rude, monotone, take no pride in their job or themself. It makes me want to just drive away. Not Arby's! It was so different to hear a happy cheerful voice taking our order! Then at the window Madonna was smiling and kind! Thank you so much for just smiling and being kind. The world is short staffed be kind to those who show up is my motto, Madonna said she always tries to be kind. Thank you for the wonderful experience. by the way my order was 100% correct and hot!

The absolute worst experience I have ever had at a fast food restaurant. We ordered 4 of the numbered menu items and a slider. Two of the menu items we requested curly fries instead of the crinkle cut fries. And this was after waiting in line for over 15 minutes for 2 vehicles in front of us. When we got to the window, we received 3 menu items, one crinkle cut fries, and one curly fries. We let the person at the window know that we were missing items. He closed the window to talk to someone. The he asked us what we did receive. Then he just stood there while telling someone else. A second employee who was just sitting around and taking selfish came and asked what we received. We again told him. He went to the back somewhere and we waited. We had been waiting at the window for about 15 minutes when a third employee again asked us what we received and what was missing. They were getting almost combative as if we were not telling the truth. Then the person in the vehicle behind us came to the window and asked if he could get his shake. One of the cars that were in front of us was pulled off to the side of us had not gotten there order and was yelling out the window asking about their food. The shift manager asked the guy to step aside but he told her that he was talking to these people about Florida (we were in a rental car with Florida plates). She finally got so frustrated that she handed us our entire order that we ordered the first time. We will not be going back to Arby's.
