I placed an order on the Dunkin app for a large signature caramel craze iced latte. My husband goes to pick it up, they inform him they don't have ANY large cups. So, they are giving out medium with a "free" donut. But they are also outta most of their Donuts as well. He tired to order chocolate frosted with sprinkles, they are OUT. He asked for munchkins apparently they have none of those as well. This whole experience was horrible the manager came to the window she was rude & had a BAD attitude! I think she forgot she's in customer service!!!

Usually my coffee is correct every time I come but since summer hit all these kids working two days in a row I’ve pointed out how the coffee I pay for wasn’t made right but instead of making it fresh I still have to take home the messed up orders I probably won’t come back seeing as this happened yesterday and today!!!!!!!!! I pay good money for coffee and it should be made how I ordered it now how they wanna lazily make it

I love their snacking bacon, and the drive thru crew has always been friendly to me. There have been times when I had to speak up or repeat myself; the wind really messes with their speaker system.

Don’t ask for less ice. They just cheat you out your drink and give you less because it is “measured” which is understandable but still, other Dunkins we have been to still fill the cup all the way even if you ask for less ice. The drink at least tasted good though.

Michael was very weird when I came in. He would say things that made me very uncomfortable and uneasy feeling. I heard him make a comment about my body to another worker when I turned to grab a straw and that is just not ok. If something doesn't happen with him I will never be back

Perfect place to get your morning or go to specialty drinks, my favorite is the strawberry dragon fruit refreshers with coconut milk, or the one with green tea.

Drive through line was backed up to the main road and the lobby was closed but Michelle was kind enough to bring my online order out to me! Awesome service. Very understandable about the line because the parking lot is very small and the access roads are tight and short.
