Dunkin'

This location started going downhill last spring 2021 and is only getting worse headed into 2022. I can't recall the last time I received a HOT coffee on a hot coffee order. Drive thru is painfully slow. Staff act like they'd rather be anywhere else but there (couple of them are good) and they, very punatively lecture if you didn't announce your online order at the microphone and messing up their precious "queue" but when you do they look at you at the window with no CLUE who you are or what you want! Oh, and check your bags...make sure thats what you ordered. I'm just done with them. Owners...if you plan to close it just put it out of OUR misery already.

There have been so.e long wait times. It seems unfortunately they have staffing issues and get slammed with business. Seemingly this is one of the busiest Dunkin's in the area and they get very little relief and add staff dropping like flies they can have longer wait times and order issues. But I would still go here because they are really good at being nice and caring.

After placing my order I was told they were out of my swirl and then it would be a few minutes while they got the order off the truck. After a 20 minute wait Amanda Mercier came to me and said well the drivers coming from Boston you're just going to have to wait longer she was very rude and should not be dealing with public in any way shape or form. Long story short after 25 minutes of waiting I had to get a refund because they couldn't open swirl for the coffee I already paid for. Disgusting

All three local Dunkin Donuts shops are funky! I went to both Main street locations...then Lisbon street. All three had major issues or malfunctions. Aren't businesses supposed to have what they need and be professional and on point? Patrons cant even order what they want or like at any of these 3 locations! Its absurd and aggravating!
