Chopsticks Restaurant

The food is pretty good, we go here 2-3 times each summer as we have a vacation home in the area. The portions are large and the service is also pretty good with them filling up water glasses ard checking up to see if you need anything else. They advertise a buffet but we have never tried it. It has a decent dining room with about 10-12 tables but I have not seen more than 4-5 people there at any one time during lunch. I believe Chopsticks has a robust take away/delivery business. It may be busy in the evening.

No stars are needed for this review. My boyfriend and I go to chopsticks every once in a while, and out the handful of times we’ve been there, there’s been maybe just one time where the food DIDNT make us sick the following day. We went last night, and we’ve both been really sick today. Let’s not forget the awful* customer service and rudeness of that one old lady that’s at the front. Definitely done giving this place benefits of the doubt, we will NOT be eating here ever, EVER again.

The food is actually kinda good. But for whatever reason, the last two times I made my order over the phone, the lady who answers is super rude and has zero customer service etiquette. I have ordered over the phone only twice and each time I have had this same experience and to top it all off I also have been hung up on upon paying for my food. So for what it's worth, the food should taste good, but don't expect anything remotely close to customer service.

Horrid. Absolutely awful. Some things were burned. Not "well done" as the woman answering the phone stated after she "checked with the cooks and they said it was all golden and perfect" other things were undercooked (chicken wings of all things) and the chicken fingers were golden outside raw dough inside. 40 bucks down the tube as they argue with you on the phone about a refund. If i could rate 0 i would. This place is going to make someone sick.

The first negative experience we have had happened after the remodel and after prices where increased which meant we expected an even better experience than we have had before. Unfortunately everything was horrid. The meat tasted like it had been boiled and dipped in the sauce. The sauce was watery even the sweet and sour chicken was wet flour. When we called after spending $40 on food we where rudely warned that it better not be more than 70% eaten. Obviously if I have the money for take out on the first place I am not worried about getting $10 back! If I call to complain about crappy service and instead of a sorry I get crap, your business can obviously go without my money.

TERRIBLE customer service! Ordered delivery and it took an hour and a half for my food to arrive when they told me 45 minutes. Needless to say, it was cold. Then they also gave me the wrong food and delivered food that my wife has a potentially fatal food allergy to. We called them to ask for them to deliver the right food and the owner refused. She then argued with my wife about how they sent this because it would “taste better” and refused to acknowledge the allergy. I will never get food from the place ever again.
