Corner Variety

Usually I like going to this place. Right by my house. Convenient. I go to get sandwiches and soda today. Leave with just my soda. I forget my sandwiches. Go back to get my sandwiches. The bald guy who helps run the store (I assume that's who it is) told me he was sorry for not bagging my food. I go back tonight to grab some stuff and the lady who owns the store (who made my sandwiches to begin with) gave me an attitude and said I took somebody else's food. Kept telling me she's not going to charge me for taking them. I then said I forgot my food so I went back to get it, and she still kept telling me she's not going to charge me but I shouldn't have taken them. Well for one I'm not paying for food I already paid for and for two she messed my food up anyway. Made me kinda upset so I left. You're not going to accuse me of anything especially when I paid.

The store itself is good. I used to live on River street a few years ago we and went there all the time. I just now, today (8/24/16 at 8:30ish) to pick up a pizza. The woman working there seemed to be questioning my money and the pizza was lopsided. I'm gonna let it slide this time because I'm cool like that but next time, I'll call when someone else is working. The owner is cool though 😁🙌

I recommend Corner Store, I was involved in a assault today and she contacted the police, I am homeless and have to find a new way to eat at night so I did not stick around. Anywho I like the food here and I like the workers, the store is clean, the remodel looks great, five star.Please take a moment to press the like button. Thank you graciously

Check your receipt every time. EVERY time I HAVE TO CHECK RECEIPT, EVERY TIME I'M CHARGED TOO MUCH and they act shocked. Not an exaggeration, EVERY TIME! Sandwiches are okay and everyday they have a different special. They have budget cigarettes available and they accept EBT cards for the cold sandwiches.
