Dunkin'

I give Dunkin donuts four stars for the most part their food is very consistent. I really love their coffee I only give them four stars because sometimes I get cups that leak. It's such a problem that it has forced me to only give them four stars I would suggest they invest in much better cups or get a new company to make your cups. Maybe do away with paper cups and go to a styrofoam cup they might cost a little more money but it will take care of your leaking problem. Because let's face it there's nothing worse than getting a cup of coffee and your cup is leaking. I always try to leave the most honest complete reviews.

This Dunkin always gets my order right unlike the Dunkin at 8333 Bristol Pike (near walmart). I will drive all the way to this Dunkin if I want something. One time I placed a mobile order but couldn't pick it up because of the traffic, and when I got to Dunkin 3 hrs later they gave me a new order of what ordered, no questions asked. I do agree tye traffic at this location is horrible and make me mad at times but that's life.

Recently there has been long lines of cars even at 11am. I have waited up to 10min just to get a coffee. You can call ahead for food. One issue is the CARS ARE ALWAYS BLOCKING people who are trying to exist after getting done drive threw. So if you need to get onto Trenton Rd after your done you may be better off if your in a rush at a prime time hour to exist onto Woodbourne rd and then turn onto Trenton rd. Usually staff is quick with getting lines moving. Today I had the most pleasant young girl at the window so that was nice. This location is by far the best on within a 5 to 8 mile radius. I will NEVER return to the location that is off the rt 1 exit. Choose this location over any other in my opinion.
