I usually order delivery and most of the time my order is perfect. I understand I often order late and the crew are tired. It is nice that they try to pay attention to detail.

Not complains about nothing. Every minute I was stayed in this drive-through relax. See all proceeds every order the every customer stayed before to me. Hahaha

I love the woman order taker that works day shift. She is a true professional. You can hear the smile in her voice. All I know of her is the time I go (about 1:15 or a little later and it's usually Mon-Fri) I added this information in the hope that the manager can determine who she is, and acknowledge her exceptional service. I wish there was more like her in any customer service related jobs.

This location is always really busy. However, I never have to wait in line for a long period of time. The food is always fresh and hot.

For the last 3 months I've had lunch here almost everyday between 12 and 130. Jasmine, and the gentleman whos name i don't have. They are the most polite positive people. They are always on point! The recipe won't let me make reviews and idk why. Ty Jasmine and bearded window man. Always have my zesty in my bag for me! This is the A team.

I probably go here once a month. Food is typical fast food. The service everytime is wonderful. The staff is always so kind and happy. Very refreshing.

Made the mistake of pulling into the drive-through line at around 5 pm. I should have known better, as the line was pretty long. Got boxed in by the cars behind me, otherwise I would have bailed out. Waited over a half hour before reaching the takeout window. Next time I"ll opt to go inside to make an order.

So i guess the employees here dont know how to read. I asked for a double burger with cheese and low and be hold no cheese again. The fries were cold and and so was the burger..I also asked for a lg vanilla milkshake and received a kids milkshake instead. Plus asked for strewberry and received vanilla instead. Thank God I didn't give it to my granddaughter cos she would break out in hives... I understand that it is fast food but maybe they should take the time to listen instead of rushing throught the order... I also work for a company that deals wirh the public and I make sure to repeat the order. I guess burger king just dont care. I will take this to a higher point. Just an FYI...
