Usually a great place, but one worker was absolutely awful today. Only ordered 4 things and after every item, I would get a “are you done yet?”. Not even “will that be all for you”, nope, I get “is that it..” and “are you done yet” with an attitude. I get the line was long, but that doesnt mean the quality of the food and service should decrease. Specified I need cream and sugar in the 2 coffees. One had all creamer (legit tasted like straight creamer) and the other had absolutely nothing. Just black coffee. Usually they’re pretty nice but I don’t know what was up with the cashier today.

Waited 30 mins for some burnt hash browns and not even a full cup of coffee. If you see a line turn around it's not worth it. Also don't be deceived by the "new line" you'll get stuck in a coned trap for 30 mins.

I am very impressed with the all female staff that was on shift when I visited this morning during a very busy time in-store and drive thru. They were all friendly, professional and efficient. My coffee was perfect by the way! Kudos ladies!

Place is okay. I go every so often. It’s hit and miss with timing of day and service. Usually they are good about the flavors but I have been given the wrong thing a few times, if you really want a drink go if you can wait I would suggest doing that :)

Dunkin Donuts is probably good but across the parking lot is Do Da Deli. I went there for a great sandwich. They re-did the interior looks great.

2nd time going since they opened and again they didn't have anything on their menu we asked for other than donuts! Maybe you should stick with just selling donuts! We waited 15mins for cold nasty bacon!!! Update...donut order was wrong an stale...can't even do that right!!! Just close down!

Saturday morning VERY busy! I placed my order online-no problems! Order was correct and they have plenty of staff working so even though they were super busy they did their best to get you out the door as quick as possible. Staff was courteous!! I am willing either drive the extra miles to visit this site rather than the one on Three Notch-bad experience their and all I was trying to do was spend my money there??!!!

Used to be really good but has gone down hill. In drive through today the girl handed me the 25 assorted holes and said" these are two 10packs but trust me there's 25 in there I made sure ..Merry Christmas ". I got two 10 packs of glazed... not 25 and not assorted. Well merry Christmas to you too Dunkin. I will never spend another penny with your brand. This is a complied reaction.
