I've been coming here for years , to resell and purchase and have always found this to be a great establishment. That last few times I've noticed the service declining. However that hasn't stopped me from coming. Emily today was by far the most rude person I've encountered here. Because of her I will never be returning. I don't know what makes people get customer service jobs if they have no customer service skills. No smiling. No kindness. Don't speak to people nicely. Unkind. It's not even the fact that the decline to purchase anything. It was literally she took the stuff out of the container. I had time to answer a text message and I already was called to say my bin was complete. 124 items , complete in less than 3-4 minutes ?! Halloween costumes , brand new shirts with tags, brand new Jessica Simpson leather jacket , and many other good condition clothing . I get that not all items will be taken, that's never been an issue. But she had a personal issue with me from the moment I walked in and took it out on me by declining any purchase. I see the reviews that people are unhappy with the service they're receiving these days. May want to teach you employees happy faces , kind spirits and customer service skills go along way. Hope the service gets better. Not everything was in these picture but Pictures to show everything was prewashed. Sorted into like categories. And laid flat. Probably should have take. Pictures of how she disrespectfully through everything back in. After leaving I went to two other resale shops don’t generally go to because of pat issues ( which was the reason I put all my business with y’all originally). They bought over 40 items ... and took time to look at the items and have friendly conversation and at the bare minimum they said hello and greeted me. Unlike Emily or the other individual at the counter at yours. Lastly I’d like to mention Emily called someone over and had them come smell the pink formal dress I brought in , first off that was bought and never worn but still had washed it before coming in , either way if you think something smells or isn’t of standards to your store , move on. Don’t embarrass customers. .

Don’t waste your time and shop elsewhere. Visited this store for the first time hoping to find a swing. When you walk in no one says hi to you, they just look at you like a lost deer. The swing we found was large so after we paid we couldn’t hold it and get the door open (my friend is pregnant so he can’t hold heavy things) all 3 of the employees just stood there watching us struggle and did nothing. The customer service is absolute trash. They had people in line that they had to be told to help. The employees don’t even have the bare minimum skills needed to work in retail.

This place is such a huge rip off, they dont take clothes if they don't find them to worthy, plus if something had an older label they won't take it at all. Do not waste your time if you have normal children clothes apparently they need to be flawless!!! This place sucks, the people are slow and take forever. And everything is over priced for hand me downs!

Susy saved my day! I went in to their store a little sour. I wanted to donate 30 little dolls from my etsy shop since i was no longer looking to keep the shop open. I did not have the appropriate container so i would have had to make 10 trips had Suzy not stepped in i would have been upset the whole time. Overall great service.

I went in for the first time earlier this week because I had been going to kid to kid and they shut down. I brought a bin full of clothes and shoes. I was VERY IMPRESSED! I shopped around while they were going thru my items (about 30min) and I found amazing deals. Some items were a little more expensive then I was used to with kid to kid, also some were pretty warn in and a more expensive. But i searched and still was happy with what I found and paid. I received a little over $50 for the items that were selected. That surprised me after reading the reviews but I was definitely happy! Will be going back once the weather cools down to get warmer clothes for my girls!
