We love the food always very great. But this evening I went to get what I always get. First I wanted a large turkey on white got home and it was a med and payed for a large. The next thing I ordered was a large hook & ladder on wheat and it was on white instead. There were no pickles like usually you get. We never complain but we would like to get what we pay for.

I can't say enough wonderful things about the wonderful staff & managers at Firehouse Subs in Lenoir. They are were so pleasant and courteous. They went above and beyond for my strange request . If I lived closer I would be a regular customer and they would get sick of seeing me. Thank you all for being so wonderful.

My husband and I came in today and had the best experience. My husband wanted a specific sub he heard about on the radio and upon finding out they didn't have it, was going to try somewhere else but the employee Scrap went above and beyond to make it for him. The whole crew was very friendly and had a great sense of humor. We will definitely be back in the near future and I highly recommend this place. Great subs, great employees!

Outstanding crew/staff in this place. Employees all seemed to be happy and enjoying their jobs. Ordered the Large New York Steamer Combo. It was Pastrami and Provolone Cheese PERFECTION on a Sub Roll. I had to wait on a few orders that were placed ahead of me, but my sandwich was most definitely worth the wait. Their subs are always good, even great, but this time, it was AN over-the-top PHENOMENAL sandwich!
I think it may have had something to do with the employees' excellent attitude.

I haven't been to a fhs in about a year, and although it's taste was still good, the staff maintained a very relaxed environment, both in respect to the mask mandate and being professional. The majority were snacking around what appeared to be an employee on lunch, very loudly joking and "unaware" of the customers therein. One hispanic looking fellow did my order and it was great. About 5- 6 employees were getting paid to joke around and eat and play on their phones. I guess the minimum wage should go higher so can get paid better for this...

This location "ALWAYS" has the absolutely friendliest workers there that go above and beyond in customer service ❤! The service, food, employees are top-notch. I wish this particular establishment's owner handled the store's needs when problems arise (maintenance). I'm a regular customer, and there have been several occurrences where it seemed the owner wasn't concerned with quickly repairing problems. If an order is ever wrong, they fix it, no questions asked. This location's friendly and caring attitude is one of the main reasons that I order here so often😊👍.

I’m only in the area about once a month but when I’m in town I usually enjoy going by this firehouse subs. It’s usually worth the wait and delicious, until tonight.
The employees were obnoxiously loud, yelling, and playing around. There were about 10-15 customers and the 3-4 employees were significantly louder than anyone else. I got my sandwich to go and when I got back to my room it was wrapped in plastic wrap opposed to the normal box it comes in and I wasn’t given the pickle I usually get. I always enjoy the pickle so that was annoying. When I ate my sandwich I had to throw half of it away because it was so soggy from being wrapped up after it had just been heated. Not pleased with tonight experience. Hopefully it’ll be better next time.
Update:
Came back and tried it a few more times and was definitely better.
