These photos do not do ANY justice ! This was by far the worst taco bell experience I have ever had ! Literally everything was cold and soggy from the minute I got it . I waited 30-45 mins for $17.00 worth of food that isn’t worth the paper it’s wrapped in . I refuse to sit in the drive thru for another 45 mins for a refund I literally took the L and had to stop somewhere else to get something edible for my family ! PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD SHUT THIS LOCATION DOWN PERMANENTLY! Before you get people sick!!!

Absolutely hate the new mobile only drive through. Waiting in drive through on a very busy night and now 4 cars have been added from that lane. The menu location only allows for 3 cars to order which I believe is contributing to the wait. 40 minutes for Taco Bell?? Also, $10 for an order that was $7 a couple months ago.

The “kiosk only” policy of order taking is pretty dumb, takes quite a while to sort thru and figure out where all the selections are and when it’s been a long day, and you just want to order food and go home it’s frustrating. On top of that the quesadilla stuck to the new paper sleeve they’re using and I lost about 1/3 of it.
It also somehow ended up with lettuce in it. But I probably wouldn’t have ever known had the quesadilla not been peeled apart and stuck to the paper when I tried to eat it.

Our order number, being its not being asked for, is 352669 (469). We went through the drive-thru at 11:03am this morning. It says Matthew C was our cashier, but a young lady took our order & interacted w/ us at the window. She clearly wasn't thrilled to be there. But besides poor attitude/customer service, one of the combos we received was not the combo we ordered. We probably would be more forgiving of this little uh-oh had they been pleasant and friendly to deal with. (As though you should need a reason to try to be a good human.) The meal they did manage to serve my family for lunch included a taco with a mysterious object in it and some unappetizing lettuce. I think there was chicken in my quesadilla, but I misplaced my magnifying glass, so I'm not positive. The stale chips weren't a huge issue...being we didn't order them to begin with (the wrong combo issue, continued), but really...? (I have pictures of the lovely taco that we obviously trashed.)
I asked for no reply back on the company email that I sent and suggested they spend the time they would have used to apologize for this local establishments poor reflection of their corporation to remind their managers, who should then remind their employees, that they're not just "working". They're feeding people a meal. 'Would you treat your friends and family that way in YOUR house? Is that the meal that you'd be proud to present someone at YOUR table? Take pride in a job well done, for once. And be kind.'

Ordered on the mobile app. With two people in the car having two separate orders. Was declined to have both ordered picked up at the same time because of how short staffed they were. Was informed that ONLY one mobile order could be picked up at a time then would have to circle the building again, wait who knows how long after our first 30 minute wait. Which makes no difference if a single mobile order had the same amount of food as two separate orders. I guess that was hard to comprehend.

If the establishment is cash only the managers need to post some sort of sign stating so!! My husband just spent almost an hour in a drive thru (because it’s a drive thru that you can not exit from) and wasn’t even compensated for wasting his time!! DO NOT GO HERE!! Even when machines are running this location is notorious for taking 15-20 minutes for “fast food” .

It should not take an hour and a half to get your food. Your food should be made correctly. The soda should be cold. There should be ice especially in the heat of the day. The bathroom was not clean. No toilet paper. No paper towels. No soap. This taco bell should not have the dining room open. It should only be drive thru if it wants to stay open.

Well they didn't put something in my bag I kinda had to have to eat when I went in the MOD was very rude to me and let me know real quick they only did drive thru and delivery apps and walked away!!! When the young man on the line was caught up he came to see what I needed the Mgr told him they were out yelling at him to get back on the line and back to work! Keep in mind they had more than enough people and wasn't busy at all
That is one of the worst visits I have ever had in a restaurant even the busiest of fast food restaurants I'll never go back especially after the way she treated her employee for taking care of a guest
