The staff last night really came to the rescue. My sister had to go to the emergency room, so I was driving from Kingsport. I called with only an hour notice and they put together a nugget platter and fries, plates, silverware, ice and cookies, and even made her a card which everyone signed. They were really a blessing to us, as no one had eaten and we didn't know when we would be home. Above and beyond customer service❤️
Chick-Fil-A Lenoir City is the absolute best! They are all super friendly and go above and beyond to make sure that you have everything you need. The food is always on point and even though it’s always busy, they get you through in a timely manner.
My wife and i stopped here for a break during a long dark rainy drive. I'm not exactly sure what was going on (i think people were coming off a swim team win maybe?) ...whatever it was, we stepped into a special place and time. The place was literally an oasis of good feelings and vibes. Happy people, happy staff, smiles, laughter. It was just what we needed, and we felt lucky to be guided here by providence at just the right time. Thanks Lenoir City and CFA!

Always enjoy eating here. The food is always fresh and the staff are very pleasant. The service is very fast even during the lunch rush. Also, with it being so close to the interstate it makes a great stop for folks while traveling.
Food was hot, fresh but very much crammed into one bag. Had enough stuff to have 2 bags and not have everything smashed together. Other than that, it was good. Young lady that took our order outside was courteous and helpful. Food was hot.
We eat here a good bit. Mostly, we go through the drive-thru. The drive-thru is always fast and everyone is always courteous. Our order is always correct, too. We never get tired of Chick-fil-A.
