*WARNING* *DO NOT ORDER HERE* *NOT SAFE* THIS BUSINESS IS BEING RUN BY IDIOTS WHO ARE SLOPPILY THROWING DISGUSTING INEDIBLE PIZZAS TOGETHER AND REFUSING TO REFUND MONEY *THEY WILL NOT ANSWER THE PHONE * This place went downhill quickly. Here is there new "NY style" pizza. Undercooked bread, soggy and drenched in cheese, and all the toppings on one slice. Disgusting. Gross. I wouldn't feed this to my dog. I've ordered from them dozens of times and they have yet to refund me this one time. Gross.

This place is shady. First time there. Ordered 3 items and was charged $39 then the first thing I ordered wasn't given to us so I asked why. I was told I was only charged for two items. I look at my receipt and nothing is listed to prove what I ordered. The only thing on the receipt is my payment information. So basically I paid $39 for a LG 1 topping pizza and a 16 piece wing ding which had no sauce. NEVER AGAIN.

Highly disappointed with the website and staff. I attempted to order for future at 7PM, website switched it to 630(no big deal) but came to find out the order was completed and done cooking at 610PM. Extremely upsetting as then once i got there the order was barely luke warm. SO I asked why that happened and the employee said it depends on how busy we are if we actually do what you want us to do. WHich makes no sense. Instead of making a scene, I just grabbed my pizza and left. BUt doubtful I will ever order for a future time again.

Pizza seemed thrown together all the slices didnt have same toppings werent proportion right i wasnt happy should went else where 10-26-19 Gave them another chance even worse service food wasnt ready when it said it would employees said we are behind there is 3 orders before you there is nothing we can do general manager contacted me said we will try to improve

Don't worry, exceptionally bad or good food will be noted in the review. This is a great Papa John's! The location is clean, the staff has always been friendly to me, and I've never had a problem with an inaccurate order! If you're someone who really likes Papa John's (like me) there isn't a better franchise to order from that I know of!
