It's Taco Bell. So I'm rating this as a Taco Bell and not fine dining.
The drive thru speed has improved tremendously. Not sure if that's from the slimmed down menu or what, but it's a much better experience than it used to be.
The employees are polite. I haven't had a messed up order from them and I eat here too many times per week.

Consistently the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever had. Hard tacos soggy and fall apart! Stale chips for nachos and the third time in a row I’ve asked for chicken in a burrito and gotten beef. Bad on me for thinking it will be better on the next visit. I think Taco Bell has gotten progressively worse over the years and this location is leading the charge to the dumpster!

I’m not sure if people here are actually competent enough to know what “extra” means on orders? Don’t make it an option if your employees don’t know how to/or what that means.

It took 20 mins. to get out order. I order a cheese quesadilla with no sauce and got sauce, then I asked for extra cheese and got normal amount. Then they didn't make my loaded taco fries and I had to ask for it. Not happy. They were short people working the counter.
