Burger King

The meat usually isn't very hot. The onions are cut very thick. I usually just quickly go through the drive thru on a busy day of running around town getting my errands done. So when I pay for a full meal for me and my daughter I would just like a hot meal. I don't feel like having to go back and complain when I am already busy. They don't make time to go to the bank. They actually ask you for the exact change. I use to work at fast food restaurants it doesn't work that way. It just sounds like people don't know how to do their job right.

It's hit and miss here, it's burger king so same prices and menu items as anywhere else. Sometimes great staff and minimal wait times. Sometimes you can tell it's all new staff as the person taking orders may not comprehend what you're trying to order and wait times times can get rather long. Still go here for a quick bite when hungry.

No headsets working & no food available saying your sold out for the day at 7 am. Where is the manager and Why be open ? Update: Came again and have been waiting 30 minutes in drive thru with the line not moving at all. Call to ask and they say “we’re short staffed” That’s totally understandable except nothing takes that long to cook in the fast food business. So at this point they just don’t want to serve food. Horrible management No ones getting food at this location on multiple occasions apparently.

I hate to leave a bad review but after having nothing but negative experiences here since December of 2020 I feel that I must. Nobody should continuously have to go to a drive-through for “fast food“ only to have to wait a minimum of 20+ minutes. Aside from the wait time orders are often wrong and the customer service is very much lacking making for an overall horrible experience. I could understand if this maybe happened once and was just a fluke but it has been consistent since December. If you’re looking for fast food and a decent experience I suggest spending your money in a different location not this one.

Bad Food Served Incorrectly!...that is the standard for this establishment. Stop hiring strippers and ex-cons to serve us our breakfast, lunch, and dinner meals. They don't care and their attitudes show it.There are many hungry high school students and grads that would love the chance to do good for BK. If I had the option, I would rate this place a negative 5 stars. Ridiculous!
