Went to the drive thru at 11:30am for my quick 30 min lunch and no one ever came to the speaker. After a few mins, I drove to the window and didn’t see a single person. I’ve never had that happen before! Thanks for wasting my precious lunchtime.

This place is awful almost every time. Today's new issue? There was NO ONE working at lunch time and no sign on any of the windows. They just did renovations to the building. Hopefully whoever is in charge is fired soon and they get someone who knows what they're doing!

My friend found out they cant eat red meat anymore, went in and found out they still can enjoy this fast food, They said they could exchange any red meat with chicken, 😁, Life is still yummy at Taco Bell, and here in Lemont, their; helpful and " FAST" , GREAT FOOD!!! WE'LL B' BACK!

I had two soft taco Supreme. Not worth the money. If you have too pay extra for Supreme, they should be filled more.

I've visited this location on several occasions a few years back and fondly Remember hating it. On my visit today 8/10/17, I was surprised by a few things. The improvement of the food and service, what I was also surprised by was the quality of the dining area, or rather the lack of. The floors and tables were disgusting! You need to get your people on maintaining cleanliness ASAP!

A few years back I went to this Taco Bell with a group of 4, there were 2 other groups in the store, a group of 3 and a group of 2 that ordered after us. We had to wait an hour to get our food, and when we got it the shell was soggy as if it had been sitting out, then to top it all off they got our orders wrong.
