We love Burger King especially their 2 for 1 meals. We first ate at Burger King when we were teenagers. That was over 50 years ago. We still love the burgers there, but you have to order and eat inside, because the burgers are best while they are hot. Maybe if they could wrap them in foil to keep them hot to take home, we would order take-out. For right now, the burgers are wrapped in paper. We live 2 blocks from our local Burger King, but the burgers and other food are cold by the time we get home.

They lock the dine in doors at 6, when they’re open until 10. When someone mopped, they didn’t put wet floor signs out. Also, 1 staff member in particular isn’t necessarily rude, but comes off as sarcastic and passive aggressive. As someone who was previously a fast food restaurant, my experience was subpar. I only gave 2 stars because the food is pretty good, I can tell it isn’t old food that just sits and gets its food timer reset multiple times.

Just want to say it has been a long time since we had really good burger king. This store is AMAZING!! Everything we ordered was hot and fresh. We will drive the 20 min to this store for the quality.

They mischarged my card substantially and told me they refunded when they didnt.
UPDATE: I had spoken with Miguel and he was able to give me the refund in cash, he explained to me how much he cares very much about his customers and that this was an initial misunderstanding and he had put the cash in the safe right away assuming that I would be calling about it. I will return to this location based on how friendly the staff and management was.

I pulled up 10 minutes before they were opening before I had to be at work I was so hungry and a sweet lady said pull around I’ll take your order in a minute I couldn’t tell you how much I appreciate that women your the best! I have mad cravings right now and have bad morning sickness and need to eat before work so this lady literally made my day she was the absolute best ever!!!!!!! Thank you thank you thank you!!!
