R&r Bbq

Ordered catering for 30 people. Food was early, which shocked me because everyone seems to be late when I order food for my events. Second, the delivery guy helped set things up in a professional manner with real thought - he even helped set up the entire food, not just the R&R part. Great food, even better service. Thank you!!

Ordered the brisket nachos from here on Thursday and they didn't add cheese or sourcream on the chips. I called and was transferred multiple times. I left a voicemail and still no call back. $17 bucks for chips and brisket. Definitely won't order here again. If they called back and or refunded me maybe. But they have skipped multiple things and my company orders from them often and probably gonna dox them from the list. Edit- I am changing this from 2 stars to 4 stars. I'd go 5 but because I didn't get exactly what I ordered the nachos were not good. I got a call from the manager who felt really bad about the situation. They found my receipt and reimbursed me the full amount and he sent me a gift card. They made it right and that is great customer service. I'm excited to try the nachos again with all the appropriate toppings. Thank you!

The wings were absolutely delicious and really so was all the meat. The salad and mac and cheese were also super delightful. The only thing that really could of been better were the fries. They tasted a bit old and slightly undercooked. The service though was great and they brought our food out rather quickly.

This is my go to - the bbq chicken sandwhich with fries. I love the dry rub they put on these sandwhiches and the fries are aways consistently crispy. I like the original BBQ sauce best. R&R always cranks out a consistently good product and is very consistent amongst all locations. They also have a good rewards program to keep you coming back.

I ordered the pork nachos which were so good! I do feel like there should have been a bit more pork though. I love that they have different kinds of bbq sauce out for you to try each. We also ordered the banana pudding. I love the banana pudding, but it was less than normal. I feel like portion sizes have gotten smaller but prices haven’t. I’ll be going back because it is tasty, but I’m disappointed in the portion sizes.

Good food and great environment, even when packed. I ordered a salad this time, I have ordered the pulled pork sandwich with fries most times I go and love the BBQ'ed food. The portions are of great size and the food is extremely delicious. This time, however, I was a little disappointed by my salad. The portion and taste were still good, but the it seemed like it was rushed. The chicken I ordered on the salad was not cut up or in many places not cut all the way through. My wife's was the same way. I also only ordered the BBQ Ranch and they gave me one very small container of that and a small container of Blue Cheese. I ended up going back and getting some more - but the problem is that I did not ask for Blue Cheese. Seemed like they were a little inundated with the busy-ness and were not paying attention or were taking shortcuts. I still would go back.
