Subway

I love Subway. But not today. I ordered a wrap with extra tomatoes, apparently extra means two slices. And I normally get salads frequently. The salad today looked like it would feed a two year old. They're usually overflowing with yummy ingredients, today the salad container was less than half full. And no dressing. I'm very disappointed.

I absolutely love this Subway! I live 10 miles away and will not visit any other Subway near me. The moment that you walk into the Lee Subway you are greeted by the staff, usually for me it's Tim and he makes me feel like I am family, while being very attentive to his amazing food creations. I have been coming to this Subway for at least the past year, my son adores Tim's custom Subway pizzas! He also makes an amazing veggie sub and Italian BMT.. You won't find the same service and amazing pizza & sandwiches at any other Subway! The 30 minute roundtrip commute is definitely worth it! Thank you Tim & Staff for putting your heart & soul into your job :)

They used to be friendly and worth visiting. They’ve hired a new younger girl who has been incredibly awful and rude the two times I tried to take a chance. Both times she never even greeted me, just looked up and says, “It’s going to be a while before I can even help you.” with a major attitude, like I was annoying her. One of the times I did an online order and she gave me that remark and told me to wait in my car because it would be at least 15 mins. Two minutes later she put an order on the to go table (I could see from my car). I thought surely it wasn’t mine and didn’t want to upset her by entering again—it was mine and by the time I grabbed it 15 mins as she told me to wait, it was soggy and cold. Won’t be back until they have quality staff again.

I went in yesterday at 12:15, I had 4 people ahead of me in line. When I left there were 5 people behind me, with only 1 exhausted person working. My BLT was good, but wait was long. They normally only have 1 person working, it’s to busy during the lunch rush for only one person. He was pleasant, but visually exhausted.

They recently restaffed, and it's been a big improvement. Sandwiches are made faster and better, the employees are very friendly and can talk without having to stop making the food (which was a talent past employees lacked for some reason). The prices are what you'd expect from Subway, and the food is actually a bit above-standard for what I usually expect from Subway. The new Manager is a very capable girl who does a good job of doing the "grunt work," that many managers find beneath themselves. The assistant manager is also a great guy and both of them seem to have this Subway running the best that it's ever been, since opening. Keep up the good work, guys.
