Out of the 3 subways In Lee’s summit this one not only is the fastest, but it’s the friendliest, and where some of the best subway sandwiches are made. Every single time the sandwich is perfect. Absolutely horrible experience. Manager was a very rude in you face “it’s not my problem” attitude type. She gave me a attitude when I called and asked about my delivery order. I was asking for it to be remade being it took over 50 MINUTES to make two sandwiches and the uber ears order tracker said they weren’t made yet. I called the store three times. Manager did not understand uber eats delivery orders need to be verified for pick ups in store and refused to acknowledge ubers ordering policy stating my order was waiting on the counter and no one has come to get it yet. And she was not going to do anything els about it saying “it’s not her or subways problem” For 50 minutes my sandwiches waited on the counter and I live 6 min away. I would get them myself but am unable to drive. And live in a high traffic area. This women was so rude over the phone she started to argue with me stating “it’s not my fault the order is still here she had it made and i can come to get it” the order was not even varied over uber eats as ready to be picked up. SHE NEVER VERIFIED THE ORDER then became argumentative when I called three times to have her verify it. She then continued to insist I cancel my order With uber and she closed the subway store without even offering a refund or any hospitality. She closed the store before I even cancelled my order so I was waiting for her to make two sandwiches for almost two hours and she did not and then she closed and went home.after giving me the most horrible customer service experience she possibly could have. Even after I called three times. This is not a uber problem this is a very rude incapable manager not understanding how to have generalized customer service or understanding of general Ordering/delivery tech. Get a different job you’re rude af. This happened aug9th 6:00pm-8:48pm she gave me a attitude for “the loss of two sandwiches” Over the phone because she didn’t verify the order was ready for pick up. learn how to push a button then.
